    This place is amazing! I had never been to a chiropractor before but strained my back lifting my dog and was able to do a walk-in here. They were so nice and professional. The doctor evaluated what was going on with me and then did an adjustment (which was great). After I felt more relaxed (similar to how you feel after a massage), and I have peace of mind from the doctor explaining what’s happening with my back. I’m also going to continue going to remedy other back aches and discomfort I’ve been having in my upper back.

    I have had such horrible pain in my lower back and hip and someone suggested I go see a chiropractor. I’ve never been so I was super nervous and a bit skeptical but I still went to try it. I’ve only had the one visit today but already I have some relief and feel wonderful! Plus the doctor made me feel comfortable and relaxed and answered all my questions.     This was my very first time at a chiropractor. I am someone who suffers from some pretty bad social anxiety so that was my biggest worry. Almost immediately the wonderful lady up front made me feel at home and at ease. I would recommend them to anyone who isn’t facing a serious injury. The staff was just extremely friendly and it’s a great deal. 89 dollars a month for 4 visits is a steal! I drive an hour just to do it. 10/10 and I’ll be back ?

    I was going to tuck chiropractor for three years, they would bring me in and just adjust me. I seen joint chiropractor on Facebook so I thought to give these guys a try because I was satisfied with tuck anymore. Went there today for my appointment, I went in with sciatica nerve pain and when I came out the pain was gone. Dr. Brian did an amazing job adjusting me, tuck doesn’t do half the stuff they do.     In June, I injured my back and hip, and suffered from sacroiliac joint dysfunction, a herniated disk, and sciatica. On a scale of 1-10, I was at an 11 for pain. I went to Dr. Whitlock, who began working with me. I also went to Velocity Care, who referred me to an Orthopedic Surgeon. When I saw the surgeon 3 weeks later, he was so pleased with the progress I had made with Dr. Whitlock, he told me to continue and added some Physical Therapy. Since then, Dr. Palmer has joined the team, and whomever I see, they both keep me healing and pain free. I was even able to go help with hurricane cleanup, which was 2 days of moving logs and branches. I stopped by the Joint the day before and day after, and I was fine. In June I wondered if I would be able to walk. I can't say enough good about The Joint.

    My first visit to TheJoint Chiropractic Center was on Friday,10/11/24. Justin listened intently to my complaints of aches and pains and did a great adjustment!     TLDR; The BEST chiropractor I've ever been to. He is a healer and I would tell everyone I know to see him. PAIN BE GONE!! Come in to visit Dr. Whitelock and your quality of life will improve. Dr. Justin Whitlock is heaven sent. I have been to some chiropractors back home in California with the whole works (TENS/EMS, Massage chairs, X-Ray machines etc.. etc..) and they were not able to accomplish what Justin has been able to do in a span of 11 months. I initially came here on my birthday last year in 2023 as a birthday present to myself. I was assisted by Amber -- who is also amazing & extremely friendly. When I came here my stiff neck and back knots/aches were always bothering me. Within the first 90 days I found myself not even having to go as frequent. Recently though on Monday 9/23/24.... I had a MAJOR injury that Dr. J.W. fixed within 1 visit. I was organizing some boxes in my storage room and 2 days later I was in major pain. My lower right back was KILLING me. I also had migraines all of a sudden everyday around 12pm-2pm lasting hours. I NEVER EVER had migraines before in my whole life. I would get up out of bed and immediately felt the sensation of pain when I walk. The only thing that relieved the pain was laying in bed waiting for it to heal itself. I couldn't take it anymore and went back to "The Joint" to buy a package plan on Friday 9/27/24. Let me tell y'all something... within one visit I woke up perfectly fine 2 days later. The next day after seeing Dr. J.W. I still had some pain sensations, but the migraines were gone. On the morning of Sunday 9/29/24 I woke up like it NEVER happened! I was extremely ecstatic and pleased with the services. It's like it never happened. I am now 100% a firm believer of chiropractic care. After this I was able to run and jump again. I cannot tell you how thankful I am with the results. Thank you Dr. Whitelock & Amber for making the experience great every single time.

    I am so excited about the treatments at the Joint Chiropractic. I so wanted to get them years ago. I had heard they could possibly improve my hearing. Certain situations prevented me from being able to get them. I have lived w/this disability, steadily becoming worse for about 68 years, maybe since birth and it wasn't known. From kindergarten up to 10th grade, I passed school by the skin of my teeth. I didn't pass kindergarten. They didn't know I was NOT being stubborn, they thought I was immature. In the tenth grade, I realized, I could read the text books twice and make straight A and some B's. I was one happier camper. I am 73 because of the inexpensiveness of this treatment, I am a very excited happier camper, once again. If I don't get to improve because the damage is too long, the money is worth the try. I already know the treatments help other problems I have had. For any CHILD, with the SLIGHTEST HEARING PROBLEM, please get this treatment. It might not be the answer, but if it does work, so much heartache could be avoided.

    I entered a raffle months before September 13th and forgot about it. My wife and I went to our first marriage counseling session since before we got married (been married 11 years). I got a text earlier in the day that they were having free food, free adjustments, prizes, etc... Not even four hours later after marriage counseling I arrive and they told me I had won a dinner for two to Texas Roadhouse! I was just blown away by that. Like what are the chances of those events happening hours apart? I think it was God's handy work. With friendly staff, great prices (1/4 the cost of my previous chiropractor), walk in appointments, evening hours, weekend availability, and convenient location, what's there not to love about this place? I can't find a reason not to love it.

    I went in with so much pain. I have a herniated disc, and was worried if having this would not benefit me on my appointment and I’d have to come back after it was healed.     First time here and I really like how to doctor didn’t waste time and went straight to where I asked him. Friendly staff and the doctor got my shoulder right and this was the first time in 3 visits in two locations. I’ll be coming back here as often as I can. Super quick in and out and it’s neat and organized they also told me how many visits I had left for the month which is nice because I lose count.

    My visit did not start out well at all. When I called I was trying to reach a different chiropractor and when I ask if I had the right number was told that I did. Set my appointment and when I arrived where I thought I was supposed to be found out I didn't have an appointment. Called back and found out where I was supposed to be. It was across the street from the office I was trying to go to. The "doctor " that treated me had no clue what he was doing. He was very ruff with me and was at one point putting his while body onto of me. I worked for another chiropractic office for 5 years in a different town so I am not new to chiropractic treatment. I never had an adjustment hurt before. I would not recommend going here to anyone unless you want cost cutter assembly line treatment. They mislead you as to who your talking to then try to sell you packages to get you in more often. Now I'm off to find an office that has honest front desk employees and doctors who do more than try to sell you treatment packages.

    Was adjusted and also my 4 year old daughter. She did very well with the adjustment especially considering she had never been to this office and everything was new. She slept from the time we left all the way home (almost an hour) then took additional 3 hour nap at home. My neck feels tons better as well as my lower back. The staff yesterday was very friendly and helpful. Their package deals for continued care are not pushed on you at all like most other practices that offer that. They are chill and yet informative on your options. Even going randomly for a single visit when in town is very affordable.

    First time experiencing a chiropractor. I’ve been needing to go to get adjusted but always nervous about hearing the popping. I can say this was the BEST first time experience. Front desk lady was very welcoming and Dr. Whitlock explained how it all worked and he talked through the adjusting. I will be going back and telling everyone how great they are.

    My experience with The Joint Chiropractic has been wonderful. When I was injured, my chiropractor told me they didn't have an appointment for three days. I was in so much pain, I could not function. I could not wait three days. I called The Joint Chiropractic and they told me to come on in now....I left my initial appointment with much less pain and able to function. I have gone back several times since then and I am almost back to "normal." The staff is very friendly and efficient. The chiropractor is very nice and very professional. He has helped me tremendously. I love being able to just drop in without an appointment. I am a customer for life!

    Let me tell you guy somthing best thing I've don't for my self in over 15 years I can stand up straight and I can walk on both of my feet from hill to toe with out taking a brake in pain most defently recommend they were so nice and took it easier with me as I had little to no movement in my neck and hips I slept for the first time a full 10 hrs in a long time u usually I only get like maby 2hrs of sleep because of pain a little sore ,that's to be expected but overall amazing!!!

    I’ve been under chiropractic care my entire life but have been moving around the past five years and lost my cherished, long-time chiropractor. Since then, I’ve been praying for a chiropractor my family and I can be happy with. Be it horrendous pricing, inflexibility with scheduling and an inconvenient location, or just trouble feeling well adjusted, we’ve been through many chiropractors over the years. Until now!! Not only is the Joint Chiropractic conveniently located, they have the perfect setup. Their pricing is phenomenal! I’ve never paid so little for adjustments. And it’s not a “you get what you pay for” kind of situation. We receive thorough adjustments every time! The best I’ve had since my long-time chiropractor. And the scheduling? Non-existent! You read that right… You go in anytime Mon-Sat during their hours of operation and you’ll be adjusted. Wake up with a headache Monday morning? They open at 10:00 AM. Throw your back out doing too many deadlifts on a Thursday? They’re open from 10-2 and 2:45-7. No more waiting for days in pain and discomfort to see your chiropractor because their schedule is full!! My family and I are so thankful for Dr. Whitlock and The Joint Chiropractic, Christiansburg! Thank you for being the answer to my prayers!

    What a great location! I travel for work so I go to these all over the country and this is one of the most welcoming locations! Amber makes you feel invited when you’re welcomed in and Justin truly is easy to communicate and cares about what your needs are. I’m a small person and drive a large vehicle for a living on average 400 miles a nite; my adjustments for my hips, neck, and shoulders are crucial for the safety in my job. Justin gave me the best hip adjustment I have ever had - and I’ve been got to the Joint locations since 2011. I hope my next tour brings me through here again!

    I had a fantastic visit at the Joint Chiropractic in Christiansburg, VA! Dr. Whitlow and Dr. G were incredibly kind, did a great adjustment, and listened to my medical concerns. Also, the new office is absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend visiting the Joint to anyone who is experiencing upper back pain, or just interested in a routine adjustment. The team did a great job and I’ll definitely be back next week!
