    This review has nothing to do with the services provided and everything to do with the insidious billing practices. My husband signed up for a 3 month trial and was told if he wanted to renew after the 3 months he could. He did not renew. It turns out they automatically enrolled him in a monthly membership so for the past 6 months he has been charged $70 every month without his knowledge. His fault for not reading the fine print, their fault for being sneaky and greedy. Then to cancel they make you come in to sign a form. Be careful with these guys.

    I came in for the first time for a session and when I finished the application. I was asked to wait.     Having seen many positive reviews about "The Joint" i decided to give them a try. Once I went in I was politely greeted by the lady at the front and she sent me a link on my phone to quickly fill out all of my information. That took about 5 minutes and then I had to wait just a few minutes before I was led to the back to see Dr. Joseph. After explaining the areas I was having pain with he got to work and made many adjustment while making sure the entire time that I was comfortable. After my adjustment I went to the front where I needed to pay and I was shocked at how reasonable the prices were. I usually only see a chiropractor every once in a while due to scheduling issues and prices but here you can walk in anytime without an appointment and the monthly fee option was too good to pass up. I am very pleased with my experience and I am looking forward to my next adjustment! Thank you very much!

    I have been going to the joint chiropractic since June, I initially started going due to extreme sciatic nerve and back pain. Some days it was hard to even get up. Dr. Wilson sat with me and came up with a plan to help get my body to where I could take care of my daily activities and work. I used to be super stiff and achy after getting up from laying down or sitting.     So far so great! I figured that since it was affordable they wouldn't really adjust very much each session but it's actually full adjustments every session! 70 bucks for 7 adjustments is CRAZY!

    The staff was absolutely fantastic! They answered every question that I asked, and the prices was affordable! My husband took me in because I have be in constant pain for about 3 months. After going to about 5 doctors and physical therapy, he decided that we needed to try something different! When I walked in I could barely walked and couldn’t sit up straight for more than 2 minutes at a time. When I walked out of there I was walking a lot better, in less pain, and can sit up for a little longer. The pain is still there, but I am hopeful with my next appointments it will continue to get even better! I will definitely recommend this franchise to anyone that needs the kind of help that I did. Great job, and keep up the good work!

    My first appt went great. The young lady at the front is super sweet and explained the wellness program, which I signed up for. When I got to the back, he took his time to get my history and LISTENED to my history and issues. He actually got my hip to stop hurting with one adjustment. If only the rest of my back were that easy to fix.

    Everyone was very accommodating and I have a notoriously difficult back to adjust because of a traumatic injury in 2007. The young lady who adjusted me did surprisingly well getting me some relief and I look forward to giving her the opportunity to really get my back and shoulders back in line. My advice, be prepared to take advantage of their first monthly membership package when you go. It's $100 that will be well worth it!
