First off, I would like to say that my experience with most of the doctors has been very good. My gripe is with what I signed my first day there. So apparently on paper form there are bullet points that are meant to be initialed on the left side of each point over a small blank line showing you acknowlege you have read and agree to each point. On the TABLET form those bullet points are not preceded by blank lines, there is just a box at the bottom of the page that requires your signature. By signing at the bottom you are in fact agreeing to ALL the bullet points without actually initialing each one. I recommend that if you do go in and choose a package that you very specifically read the line that says RECURRING PAYMENTS. Or maybe even ask to see a paper form so that you can see in great detail what you are actually agreeing to. Cancellations must be done at least 11 days before renewal and they must be in writing, they will provide you with a cancellation form. If you don't sign a cancellation form you will be charged again. Also, if you don't like recurring payments, like me, maybe use a credit or debit card that is attached to an account where you're having to put in money for specific expenses as opposed to an account where you are directly depositing into. Hope this helps someone.

Dr. Marshall is AMAZING at what he does, he took note of my issue spots. Went in with a level of 9 pain, walked out with a level 3.( I have a high tolerance to pain, so my 10 is probably a 20 for most) Looking forward to my next adjustment. The receptionist is awesome. She knows/ remembers all her clients and keeps conversation going to whoever is in the waiting room.

Receptionist up front was very nice and very informative..i just went in today for the first time on sw.military dr cause I had been in pain from a kink to my neck and pain radiating to my shoulder that happened a couple days before mother's day and started getting bad tingling down my arm into my hands..the chiropractor worked on my neck and shoulder apparently I had a huge knot on my left shoulder...and I have to say what the chiropractor did worked very well i feel better not 100 % but better than when I first walked into the office.

This place didn’t stop taking money from my account for extra two months even though I have told them, I called before going and a cancellation form was brought up and I agreed showed up and was never handed nothing so I assumed it was waived. I had a balance so I paid the balance and 2 days later had another monthly charge so I got on the phone again and had the front desk lady say she could email it and hung up on me and comes to find out a month later they again charged my account.

Which makes it nice to be able to pick whom to go to depending on the need of that day ?? Although you cant go wrong with neither of them cause in our opinion there all rock stars ? I went to this place for my first time and I was very impressed. I had an accident 10years ago and I had a stiff neck and couldn’t pop my neck on one side…. I started going to the zarzamora location for a severe sciatica problem. First of all, Trish was so professional and caring when I first called, which is hard to get now- a-days. I saw Dr Marshal and he was so caring and adjusted me that day. I have been to a chiropractor before and spent several thousand in about a month. This is on going every month for only 79.00 a month. There are so many locations it makes it even such a greater deal. I have been to several others in San Antonio, and they were good also. It makes it easy as if you are running errands there will probably be a joint chiropractor around. I go once a week now so I can stay adjusted. It's also good for your whole body wellness. Highly recommend!! So happy I got referred to them. It's a life changer for sure!! My husband is a truck driver and also goes as there are nationwide joint. As well as my 10 yr old son. Very important as there growing to get adjusted.

First time visit to Dr. Marshall due to knee pain. Even though the problem could not be fixed through chiropractic practice. He still took a look at my knee and really tried to help me. Been to two emergency rooms and they weren't any help. Dr. Marshall helped a lot and will definitely return if I have any other issues.

I went in for discomfort in my hips, left with back pain and neck pain I didn’t have previously. I will not say it was due to my visit here, but I will recommend to anyone to see your PC before doing this type of treatment. Take into consideration, if you e never been before, the amount of waivers you must agree to prior to a session.

The best experience ever in The joint chiropractic. The staff at the South Park location are just amazing, very helpful and kind!!! Dr. Marshall did a great job, he knows what he is doing. I felt like new after my adjustment. I told him he has magic hands because my pain decreased once I started going to chiropractic care with him, he also have a smile on his face all the time and good communication skills with patients.
