I went in there after a snowboarding accident. I walked in,and received treatment. I was twisted so bad by the team,I couldn't get off the table by myself. Was actually escorted out of there in an Ambulance,and taken to the emergency room for treatment. When I wrote the chiropractor for help with my medical bills, they told me to more or less pound sand. No sympathy from these guys. So more or less...I walked in there,and was taken out in a stretcher!Careful with this crew! The only thing I'm saying is,no help with my well being is what I got from them. I learned not to trust a chiropractor from here on out.

Kieyannah Immediately greeted me with warm and welcoming energy. You can tell she loves not only her job, but also people. I found this place while at a conference in Media, Pa let me tell you after 3 days of conferencing in a stiff chair I definitely needed to see a chiropractor. This place was awesome. It took walk-ins and I only paid $30. Kianah the front desk person was The amazing. She answered my phone call so pleasantly and was very helpful and when I walked in she was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. She really gave the place a great first impression. She was kind she was resourceful and sweet. Dr. Travis was amazing! It was only my second time at a chiropractor and I was terrified of getting adjusted but he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He walked me through everything explained all the health benefits answered all the questions that I had. He was patient and was really in the business of making me feel better. Above the staff being great and the service top tier, the location itself was clean, well presented, and there's parking! Overall, very good first experience… Very easy to understand pricing structure… They don’t do insurance, but the cost per visit was the same as my co-pay anyway… And I don’t have to ration out the 20 visits per year that insurance will cover. Lastly, and most importantly, I feel so much better walking out than I did walking in.

My husband and I just left this location: Brittany at the front desk, and Dr. Ali Mousavi as our chiro - were an absolute delight. I signed up for this service about 3.5 months ago when I was desperate to get back to work. I have a prior back injury, and I don't have health insurance. I felt pressured to sign up, only wanted to try the $29 offer, and see how it went. So that kinda started me off on a bad note. Secondly, I had to go to the ER two days ago unable to walk. My pain started about 6 weeks ago when the chiropractors schedules changed and a new guy was working on me. I had to skip weeks of adjustment and call out of work because the pain was so bad. I brought it to their attention and he kept saying "you need to come in every week to get adjusted" I think the guys are good, but they should not have lied to me that they are capable of treating me. If you have a prior injury I do not recommend going.

Worst experience I've ever had with any Chiropractor. Ive been going to The Joint for over 3 years and never have I felt the inexperience that i felt that day. I moved in the tri-state area and only had the option of this one or MD. I came in the guy must of not really looked at my profile and visits. He puts me on my back to crack my neck first that was horrible, never massage the neck muscles like im use to. Then he tells me to go on my stomach an begins repeatly pushing on my back where I can't even catch my breath because I felt I had to brace for impact, as if he hopes he can realign with this attempt. My previous location doctor actually examines and knows where to adjust based on what they see from my body motion. He never lifted my legs to see if or how misaligned I was. Never pulled on my legs. Never turned me to the side to adjust my hips. Just totally horrible. I hope there are better experienced doctors at this location!

Decided to go here three years ago with some minor sciatica down my leg. The working chiropractor informed me that it was my SI joint that needed to be adjusted. After two visits with no results he went for a more aggressive adjustment and ended up excessively cranking my back with a huge pop in my hips, low, and mid back leaving me literally limping crookedly out of the office unable to drive home. I was informed that I would need to put some ice on it and that it was a big adjustment but a good one. This couldn’t have been further from the truth and ended up becoming one of the worst days of my life. The following week was agony and it turned out that as a result discs in my lower lumber throughout my spine had become herniated/ruptured and lead to multiple muscle and nerve issues. Over the past three years, I have had to seek countless back specialists, physical therapists, and other chiropractic professionals to try to correct the life-altering problems that The Joint has caused me from this adjustment. And now after three years, it’s horrifying to me that the only option I have left is now surgery. My biggest regret in life has been the decision to come to The Joint for treatment of any kind. The impact of my last “adjustment” at The Joint has greatly accelerated disc degeneration in the rest of my spine and caused significant pain/depression and irreversible nerve damage. I can no longer work, driving has become difficult and limiting, and I can no longer lead an independent lifestyle, thus burdening my friends and family to help take care of me. With surgery now as my only option left, I am writing this as a warning to potentially prevent a similar nightmare from happening to someone else.

I had a mixed experience. The doctor provided good treatment, but I was extremely disappointed by the service practices. When I requested a three-month account suspension, the front desk person promised that I would be notified before my plan was resumed. Unfortunately, this was false information, as I received ZERO notification before being charged for two months without any prior knowledge. Such waste of money. I don't want to receive any future services at all. Despite contacting the manager multiple times, no refund or partial refund was offered. The manager simply mentioned that the front desk person had left their position. While the doctor's treatment was commendable, the lack of accountability and failure to rectify their mistake left me disappointed. Potential customers should be cautious of the service practices at The Joint.

My wife called to cancel the service a year ago and spoke with the front desk who confirmed cancellation. The recurring payment continued until we found out a year later from the manager who only works 2 days a week that the cancellation cannot be done over the phone. You have to come to the office and fill out the completion form. She gave an example of a "subscription service" like Netflix where you have to cancel, to which I responded that this is bad business practice to require customers to travel for over an hour to just cancel the service. This is not written specifically anywhere in the contract and we were not informed at the time of signing up the contract. THis is bad business practice. I highly recommend to not use the service.

Tried to make an appointment online, Monday morning, I was at work when they called me and made me a same day appointment at 3:00 pm,. I left work early in pain, when I get there they tell me they are not taking new patients today...why did you call me and tell me to drive all the way to Newtown square. Very unprofessional. Good chiropractor. Before you sign up ask all the questions they will not inform u of anything just so they can get the payment. I paid for a month and it came with extra sessions. After I finish my last session I look a week or two later they still taking money out my account. Outside of all the big prices and sales they have on their desk. There’s a lot of hidden stuff in contract they WONT tell you. Also this place is always TOO busy There’s alot or chiropractors in charlotte find u one that cares bout u not just trying lock u into a contract

I enjoyed the ambience of the waiting room, and Joyce was extremely inviting. Dr.Nick, their newer chiropractor, thoroughly adjusted my neck, entire spine, hips, down to my toes! All of the doctors are this joint location are great. They are willing to listen to you and take the time needed with each patient. It was a fairly decent chiropractic session with the doctor. However, afterword I felt a lot of pressure to join the "plans" that they had recommended, after an awkward amount of my telling them no, I left. Then came the emails, calls, and texts telling me about deals, promotions, my next session, asking what they did wrong, when I would be coming back etc. etc. felt like a bad breakup, felt like they just wanted my money.

The office is clean, safe, and peaceful. I saw Dr. Mike and he is easily one of the best Chiros I’ve seen. I am not new to The Joint but I was new patient to him, he read through my chart and did a few tests to get a feel for how to adjust me. He is funny and very easy to get along with. I’m a little difficult to adjust but he adjusted me perfectly! Not only that but he had experience with patients that had some of the same problems as I did and recommended some exercises and a breathing method that I can easily practice. This place went above and beyond. Already been here twice even though I’m only here for a week. Thanks Joyce and Dr Mike!

Dr.John Adams is an amazing Chiropractor! Dr.Adams goes beyond the "standard" adjustment that I have received in the past from other Chiropractors. Dr.Adams adjusts your wrists, ankles along with his amazing cervical adjustments! Dr.Adams Cervical adjustments have significantly reduced my migraines! I recently moved to the area and was in need of a new chiropractor. After making some phone calls to a few offices, I was disappointed to be quoted prices that would have made it too difficult for me to afford going to the chiro on a regular basis. I've gone to the chiro all my life for chronic pain issues, and finding one I can actually afford without insurance is always a struggle. I have to admit, when I looked at The Joint, I was skeptical. I wasn't sure that the membership-based system at such a low price would actually provide me with the care that I need. Well I decided to go ahead and do a consultation. I met Dr Mike and was very happy with the consultation, he really listened to my needs and concerns and was clear about a course of action that would be best for me. I signed up for the monthly membership, and began coming in 2-3 times a week. Each time I come in, Dr Mike asks me about how I am feeling, how the last adjustment affected me, and whether an adjustment needs to be made to how often I'm visiting. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I would recommend it to anyone! They have made it so affordable that I will be able to continue to get regular care, more so than ever before, so that I can avoid the kind of pain that comes with lack of regular maintenance. Great care at a great price!

THANK GOD FOR DR. JOHN!!! Since quarantine and working from home, my lower back has been tight and most times sore. I can always count on Dr. John to listen to me about my symptoms and to provide specified stretches and adjustments to alleviate my pain. I drive home and have my best nap all week because I feel so much lighter when I leave that office. Beware. I stopped going to them in October. They billed me in November and I called them telling them that I haven't been into their office and to cancel my monthly charge. They have billed me in December, January and again in February. I have disputed the charge and my credit card company ruled in my favor but it hasn't stopped them. Fortunately my CC company can now block them.

I was really excited to try this place out after a suggestion from a friend after having a hard time getting an appointment at our normal chiropractor. My daughter has been complaining of back pain and was in need of an adjustment, so I picked her up after school and got to your office at 5:50pm. We filled out the paperwork for new patient intake and sat down and waited...and waited...and WAITED for 40 minutes while 9 other patients walked in and were taken right back and seen while we continued to sit there and wait. 30 minutes later, I mentioned we had a practice to get to and needed to be seen. The lady at the front desk said ok, you should be right after this couple. Three more people walk in and go right back again and finally 10 mins later after waiting 40 minutes for nothing, we left. When I explained to the woman at the front desk that after waiting as long as we did and not being seen or even acknowledged, we needed to leave, she just said, “ok, I’m sorry, you’re a new patient and they aren’t”. She wasn’t even the least bit phased or concerned, so we won’t be back and it’s a shame because I was ready to sign our whole family up for memberships since we just moved to the area and I liked the convenience of the location, and just like that you lost my business. I will be sure to tell others how unimportant new patients are to your practice and to consider going elsewhere.

Love my new spot for better health. Only takes literally minutes to feel relief. Had a herniated disc injury that had me stooped over in pain and have been back 5 times and I KNOW this is where I am meant to come. The check-in is super easy with Becky or Samantha. They are both super friendly and really enjoy what they do. They have Wellness plans and visit packages for purchase in addition to one time visits. I was very skeptical of being able to feel relief so quickly, but I just feel so good when I leave and I'm sleeping so much better. I thought it was awesome the owner came to visit for the anniversary party and did my adjustment as well! Thank you

I was so surprised to find a service like this available and I met Becky the wellness coordinator and she is very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. She calmed me down and explained about filling out paperwork which helped calm my nerves. Then I met Dr. Priya and she is very helpful. She listens very well and did a gently adjustment on every joint in my body. I was scared of harsh adjustments. Following the treatment I decided to continue care with this office. Following the treatments I have felt more energy and have signed up for the wellness plan. I recommend coming here every week and it goes a long way and effects every organ. I highly recommend it! It works at every level including organs and helps maintain your health in the long run!

“The Joint” doesn’t disappoint! I traveled to the Philadelphia area for business and dropped by this location for a quick adjustment. Pleasant experience and a very friendly staff. I highly recommend “The Joint” Newtown Square!! I have been a monthly wellness member of The Joint for years and it is by far the best money I spend every month. Well worth the $$ The best part with the monthly wellness plan is that you can visit any other “Joint” if you are away from your home for work or travel. Usually I am in and out in 5 minutes or less too! I have suffered from lower back and slipped discs due to beating up my body from extreme sports in my younger years. I am someone who has tried everything to feel better and this weekly maintenance routine of adjustments has truly worked miracles for me! I feel great and can’t thank “The Joint” enough. :) Do the monthly plan! It’s the best bang for your buck! Invest in YOU...you deserve to feel great :)
