The door is locked almost every time I come. I paid for services that I cannot get access to. There is never a sign on the door with an explanation. Should I actually be able to use what I paid for I am going somewhere else after. I think a refund is in order. I have read other complaints that mention that this place is hardly ever open. Updating my review. This location seems to be staffed now and I have not seen a closed sign. They have a new chiropractor and he is very good. I hear he doesn't work Tuesdays!

I went to the joint chiropractic today. I really enjoyed it. They are very skilled there. I was seen by Dr. Weaver. I personally like to come when he’s there he’s there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays today’s a Wednesday and I always feel better after I leave. I have some problems with my neck sitting in my back and range of motion is not always good but after I go to the chiropractor, it’s better and I’m getting better overtime so I highly recommend a joint chiropractic clinic and any of the doctors there I’ve had the others helped me as well. They’re all good and I highly recommend it.

Front desk put my card information on another customer account. Refusing to provide a refund even though I only went the one time 3 days ago. Tried canceling but they are saying I must forfeit my 9 remaining appointments. My doctor recommended NOT going here due to health reasons and they are still refusing to refund. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. $183 down the drain because of the scam they are running. They pressure you into buying a plan and don’t tell you that they will not offer a refund even though you have health care providers telling you not to go here. I’m absolutely appalled that my card information was put on another account and brushed off like it happens all the time. UPDATE: They “got rid” of my first cancellation form I filled out forcing me to go back to the location to fill out another form. They refunded my debit card that was already deactivated so now my financial institution is having to find the refund. Leia also told me to take down my google review since they “made it right”. I will never take this down as the incompetence and unprofessional actions should be known to everyone who’s going to waste their time and money at such a terrible establishment. Adding proof of my most recent cancellation since they got rid of the first one.

Never know when this location is going to be open. This location is constantly closed during their business hours. This is the 5th time in 3 months I have driven 20 minutes to get adjusted, to discover they are closed during their business hours yet again. Would be a great value if I knew when they would be open. Update I did call both the location and the corporate office, did not receive a call back from either. I’m giving this place one star for two reasons. First, during my last visit, although I throughly explained my issues, it was confirmation that the visit was simply, routine for the whole provider and not personalized for individual issues. I had no relief and didn’t feel anything I said was actually taken into consideration. Next, and most importantly, for customer service and lack to fix an issue caused by one of their employees. I went in to so speak to an employee, explaining that I had just come out of the hospital and ask if I could extended my time due to the situation and offered proof of hospitalization. She stated it wasn’t possible (this isn’t the problem just background so please continue reading) so I asked to cancel. She stated she cancelled it, but I had visits left that I could use or lose. I was able to come one more time and then asked the same employee if my cancellation was processed. She informed me that the system was down, however, my cancellation would be taken care of. It was not. Unfortunately due to being told it was done in person by an employee, I trusted it was done and did not see the charges on my shared credit card until months later. I explained the situation to a different employee and was denied my refund by management. I understand there is a contract, but when you go in person as instructed in the contract, all your information is taken, and you are told not once, but twice that it’s canceled, it should be honored. The employee was new. That is not my fault. I’m extremely disappointed in this business and wanted to share my cautionary tale. I will post this review on other forums as I’m still surprised at how this was handled.

Great place... When you can get in!!! Been many times and the door has been locked with no explanation. Starting to wonder if $70 a month is worth it if they are closed all the time!!! When 8 do get in Dr Thurman is great!!! UPDATE: Just tried to get adjusted... And low and behold... They are closed... No sign or explanation. At 430 on a Thursday. Last straw and I will be canceling my payments to the joint. Why pay when they are never open... And as I was leaving another two people went to the door... And left. This place is a joke and not run well from mostly at the top.

Service was phenomenal. I got an adjustment at a reasonable price. My treatment plan made sense and was also reasonable. I highly recommend The Joint. They are also open on Saturdays which is awesome for people like myself that work Monday through Friday. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This place was fantastic when Dr. Cameron was there. For the last year it has been going downhill steadily. They can not keep doctors in at all. Many of the ones that they have do a half job, just to rush you out and move on. There have been several times they will just close and not notify customers, but they can be quick to tell us about promotions. I reached out to try and talk to manager over the area. It took 2 weeks and having to ask 3 times to be called. Finally I got a call and felt like I was given several excuses as to what was going on. As I said, many of the doctors will rush you along, only working what they think you need adjusted. Most of the time it feels like they are on autopilot and going through the motions. Many times I have left there with no relief from what I came in there for. When I asked about it I was told that it would take a couple of days for the pain to subside.

Never been to a chiropractor before, and of course I had a ton of concerns/fears. Leia and Dr. Thurman were so welcoming and the moment I stepped in the door those fears all went away. Great in and out got an adjustment not sure it’s what I needed the front desk lady was incredibly nice and helpful the chiropractor was informative and seemed proficient in the field however it was a impersonal visit there were 5 patients scheduled all for 1pm. I have a serious pain and the advertisement promised consultation, exam, and adjustment of my consultation was me answer questions on my phone the exam was me showing him where my pain was and the adjustment was him popping my back I guess sure but I was expecting a full examination and treatment plan. After the adjustment I had more range of motion but the pain spiked to a 10 and now I’m in the ER waiting room. My back feels significantly worse the pain is unbearable I can’t sit or walk properly. The joint chiropractic is amazing but maybe I didn’t need a chiropractor after all.

Dr Victoria is the best! She is my favorite! She has helped me increase movement in my neck and back. After having L5 S1 spine surgery I was scared to visit a chiropractor but I could barely turn my head without severe pain. After seeing Dr Victoria one time I had full mobility back in my neck. I did not expect to walk out with my hips, legs and back aligned as well. She also greatly relieved the pain in my shoulder blades. She has worked miracles on me and my body and is always mindful of my spine surgery. I would recommend her and I have recommended her to everyone I know. She is amazing! I will continue to visit her at the Moore clinic for as long as possible to ensure continued mobility going forward.

Have a great variety of chiropractors, lowest prices, but unfortunately expected chiropractor turnover. The business is taking the investment risk, therefore obviously they must prioritize their profits over chiropractor pay. Ideally chiropractors would open their own practice to have greater pay, but that requires greater investment and risk. Firstly, all treatments I’ve had from their various chiropractors are great. However there are variations in techniques and adjustments amongst practitioners, and the 3 chiropractors I’ve come across there that check all boxes for me, are no longer there. Where they have moved onto, is much more expensive than The Joint. You won’t find a lower price anywhere than 4 visits for $70.

This was my first time in and the moment I walked in I was greeted by Blakely, she was very professional, kind, and personable. Made it a pleasant experience from the beginning. Secondly, Dr. Naomi worked with me and we did a very thorough walk-through all of my aches and pains. She communicated every step of the way. I’m a larger fella at 6”4 and she was able to make me snap, crackle, and pop with no issues. I’ll continue to go here. 10/10 would recommend.

I suffered a pretty painful pinched neck muscle this morning at 11AM. I was able to be seen at 1:30PM and treated with care and urgency. Dr. Jim was very professional and polite. I went to The Joint chiropractor today and I went in feeling so bad in many different ways and I have been having a lot of pain in my back, neck and I truly didn’t expect for this to effect me and help the way that it did. Doc Cameron who treated me is just magic! He made me feel really comfortable and explained everything that he was doing and I still can’t BELIEVE how much better I feel…after I had it done I honestly just felt like I wanted to cry because it felt like I had just set down a thousand pounds off my back or something like that and it was mental as well! Like the physical pain was connected to my emotions and both were fixed up where I felt okay again and could breathe again and not feel overwhelmed anymore. I can’t believe it did all that…I am SO THANKFUL that I decided to go try this out. I couldn’t recommend this place more.. they have the best chiropractor and the staff are just so kind and loving people who just make you happy to be there?? thank you guy so much for everything! I walked in with my head basically on my shoulder and way too far forward. With 1 adjustment I walked out with my head held high. I did go back in the next day for readjustment, which I didn't even imagine my neck would pop so deep, but dang! Seriously, these people are true miracle workers. They are so nice, even when you come in like some weird chicken, and all they want is to get you out of pain. It might take a few days for all of the pain to leave, because there are muscles involved that get all spasmy, but you will leave feeling a million times better than when you walk, limp, or crawl in.

Found an ad from TikTok of all places for a special they're running and I made an appointment for the closest location. Blakely was very kind, helpful and very Clear on the packages they offer. Dr. Cameron was also very kind and he Listened to what my issues were and made sure to address any concerns I had. As a 6'3" 265 lb man in construction, he had no issues in cracking the aching joints I had and I felt Immediately Better. He made it clear that Because of the demand I've put on my body over the last 15+ years, I should keep a wellness plan to become even more flexible and able, like vehicle maintenance --but just for a little while. I had a previous chiropractor that would not listen so I stopped seeing him. Dr. Cameron listens and works with on avoiding a pre-existing injury I have that gets worse when adjusted and I am feeling results from the adjustments for carpal tunnel and a bicep tendon injury. Also, my neck does not feel all knotted up now. I highly recommend Dr. Cameron at the Moore Joint Chiropractic location. Happy patient here that will be returning!!

I have been adjusted by five different chiropractors. Which all were very professional. Very good listeners and very good at their profession. Katie and Dr. Cameron welcome me, my family and other customers with true gratitude. From the moment you enter the door, it's a hello with helpful guidance. If you're a new patient or a returning patient, there is always the giving of information on wait time or if you're a new patient. And the doctor always comes out to greet you. Once you are finished with your paperwork and you have chosen your plan, it is a very easy check-in each time you come in. The prices are great and they give you an option. If you don't want a monthly plan , you have a option to pay the $55 each time for a visit, which to me is a good price in today's economy. I am very thankful for Katie & Dr. Cameron .

Wanted to share my experience this afternoon at the moore joint chiropractor office .. Katie the receptionist was very professional and polite . Answered my questions regarding plans for services and helped me when filling out the forms . I saw Dr. Cameron for the first time . I hope she is available again at this location when I return . She knew I was in alot of pain my hips were out . She took the time to press and loosen up my back before adjusting it. She stretched my legs out before adjusting the hips which helped tremendously. I've been to chiropractors for years BUT, she adjusted me so well that I called a friend right after and told her she needed to give this office a try . First time I went, it was the primary chiropractor done wonders for my back neck and shoulders felt great helped alot, For the second visit i didnt even get a name and was shocked he kept telling me hes helped me before but I said I'm sorry this my 2nd time in Look like an older gentleman kept pulling and twisting sayign "there we go" alot without even doign anything. He set the table up n drop it down, didn't feel any difference, more tense then when I went in nothing like the primary gentleman he help me the first visit was awsome decided to waive rest of ym fees and cancel the sub fee rather then come back. Again great place if you can get the primary doc but otherwise i won't be back didnt feel any diffenrt when I came in and neck stiffer then a 2x4

5 start review for Dr. Cameron I’ve been suffering from piriformis syndrome, for awoke now. This problem has caused to suffer of buttocks muscles spasms when I sit for more than 30 minutes at a time. It’s a constant struggle, and I need to get injections every six to nine months with a pain management specialist along with physical therapy. I cannot thank Dr. Cameron enough for his help today. After he performed the pops and adjustments, I felt so relieved that a few tears came to my eyes. I expressed my gratitude for easing my pain in just one session. I understand this is a long-term treatment, but the sense of relief was so incredible that I can't fully express how grateful I am. Additionally, their services are very affordable and offer convenient hours that fit well with my work schedule.

I am giving the store in Moore 5 stars because Dr. Cameron is now at this location. I live in Piedmont, and I had been going to the location in Yukon. Today I went to get adjusted and the older man who replaced him was by far the worst adjustment I've ever gotten in my life. He was so rough with me and he only adjusted 2 spots in my back and my neck and my legs (pulled them). I left in more pain than when I got there. I immediately left that store and drove the 30 min to Moore so Dr. Cameron could fix what was done. I will no longer be going to the store in Yukon, I will now be driving the 45 min to Moore for the quality of care I want. Thank you SO much to Dr. Cameron for helping me so I am not in pain over the holiday.
