According to the receptionist it's easy to cancel. They give you a card to check in. No appointment after the first one. Think Gym pass. Same procedure. You can go to any location you want to. I waiting the 3month period to see if the treatments were worth the money..We'll see where the star rating is then.

I was in town for work, the constant sitting and driving made me extremely stiff. Getting in with a doctor was super easy, they had great hours. For not having a prior established relationship with the dr. He made me feel extremely comfortable in the detailed and thorough consult and mobility testing. The adjustment was extremely intentional - and he was able to explain the root cause. I wish there was a joint location closer to Washington, PA. I am considering the travel into Pittsburgh- the experience at this joint in Cleveland was extremely special. The owner was working the front desk. Everyone was so kind.

Felling Good Thanks to Dr. Ricky for the great adjustment yesterday. I let him know I was in a lot of pain so he went easy on me for my first visit. I must say I am feeling way better after just one visit with him. The receptionist was friendly — unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I can say about this clinic. I came in clearly explaining the pain I was experiencing and hoping for proper chiropractic care. Instead, I left feeling unheard and untreated. Dr. Wendy barely performed any adjustments, and when I let her know that the main area causing me pain hadn’t been addressed, her response was not concern or curiosity — it was a push for treatment packages. I made it clear I’d consider packages after seeing some level of relief or at least effort to understand my issue. Instead, she abruptly shut down the conversation and sent me back to the front desk to pay, leaving my original problem completely ignored. I came looking for help, not a hard-sell membership push. If you actually want your pain addressed rather than being treated like a sales target, look elsewhere.

I have had multiple back surgeries and still need another surgery. When I contacted the office due to severe pain today, they were able to get me in for a first- time appointment in less than half an hour. The doctor took a great deal of time going over my history, thoroughly examining me and then proceeded with my chiropractic adjustment. Immediately I was able to sit without pain. I've only been to two adjustments so far and today is the first day in a year that I've been completely pain free. I had a pregnancy that caused me a lot of hip/pelvic and upper back pain. Very easy process.. fill out your information online when you get there.. see the dr..get evaluated..then adjusted and out the door..I'm 52 and have been scared to go to chiropractor ever.. I been going to the chiropractor for years and they are the best I ever been to. very friendly and have help me fix my sciatic nerve problem and severe back pain. I highly recommend doing the membership because most chiropractors visit or way more expensive. You also can’t just go one time it take multiple times for the body to heal and fix the problem at hand. With all the being said I would recommend this location I have tried multiple other chiropractors and they have always seem to be the best one in my opinion.

It was a fateful Tuesday afternoon, and the sun was streaming through my kitchen window in that way that makes you feel vaguely guilty for not being outside. I was unboxing my latest eBay purchase—a vintage oscilloscope I absolutely did not need but had convinced myself was essential—when disaster struck. As I lifted the device from its suspiciously battered packaging, a small calibration tool slipped free and tumbled to the ground. Instinct kicked in. I bent down to catch it, executing what I can only describe as an unplanned, half-lunge, half-squat. That’s when I heard *the pop*. The sound echoed through my kitchen like the universe itself had just snapped its fingers. My lower back, which had faithfully carried me through years of hunching over circuit boards and questionable ergonomic decisions, had finally given up. I remained frozen, one arm outstretched toward the fallen tool, trapped in a stance that could best be described as "I almost had it." For weeks, I tried everything—heat, ice, stretching, cursing my past self. Nothing worked. Sitting hurt. Standing hurt. Turning my head too fast made me question my entire existence. That’s when I found Dr. Shawn. Walking into his office was like stepping into a place where spines go to be redeemed. He took one look at my posture, nodded knowingly, and just knew what to do. What followed can only be described as *a work of art*. With a series of expert adjustments, Dr. Shawn unlocked parts of my back that I’m fairly certain had been fused shut since my teenage growth spurt. I left the office taller, looser, and maybe slightly transcendent. Since that day, life has been different. I can bend without fear. I can sit without regret. My posture is so improved that coworkers have started assuming I’m about to give an important speech at all times. Dr. Shawn is not just a chiropractor—he’s a *spinal engineer*, a vertebral virtuoso, a wizard of the human framework. If your back has betrayed you, if you’ve lost hope of ever moving like a normal person again, do yourself a favor—go see Dr. Shawn. Five stars. Would let him crack my soul again.

I have had back problems for many years. I actually have never believed in Chiropractors but boy was I wrong. Dr. Shawn is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and I always walk out feeling so wonderful. So I was not going to leave a review of this place, the people were nice but they did nothing for me but take my money. I called them to voice my concern that they did nothing for me , I had the exact same pain as I had before, mind you this is the same evening after the visit and woke up with the same pain the next morning they did nothing for the pain which is the reason I went there and that was fine I was willing go somewhere else who knows what they are doing. The secretary informed me that there was a different "dr." in today who was very good and to come back up there, reluctantly I did, which is why I am leaving this review, so after going back up there for a second time, they said they were going to charge me again, what??? They did nothing for me the first time but take my money and they never said this on the phone, now you want me to hand you more money? From the very first phone call and every interaction since it was all a sales pitch to keep you coming back and spending money. This place is a scam, I needed my back cracked because I slept on it wrong and was having pain, they did not help the pain at all, nothing, and then tricked me into coming back up there just to get more money out of me. This place is getting a 1 star bad review not only because they did nothing for my pain but also because I wasted my time a second time just so they could try and get more money out of me, not to mention my time and gas, that is very bad customer service and very deceitful. Bottom line is going to this place was completely useless and a waste of my time, it felt more like a seminar trying to sell you a timeshare than a medical experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Shawn for about 4 months now. He is phenomenal, listens, and provides excellent guidance. I would recommend anyone seeking chiropractic care to see him. Of the half dozen or so chiropractors I have seen, he is the most capable of realigning my spine and relieving pain and muscle knots. Typically I feel better immediately, including full body pain relief. After about 6-24 hours, most of the muscle spasms have dissipated. Nothing else seems to have this much effect, including deep tissue massage. There are plenty of other great chiropractors at the Joint that I have seen. He is just the one that I have settled on due to proximity and consistency of his location and his willingness to not go too easy on me. The Joint is also incredibly fairly priced. My only caveat is that at The Joint, they do not offer any other services, which can be limiting. You may also need to see a massage therapist, physical therapist, and / or nutritional expert to help with your condition.

I've been going to Chiropractors off and on for 30 plus years. I've seen many different doctors, but until I came across "The Joint Chiropractor" I had never experienced such a high level of care. The doctors are great, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The later hours and no appointment needed is a blessing, especially for those who can't take off work or leave work early. Every time I’ve went they rush my appointment. I feel that They don’t listen to what I’m saying is wrong with me. All they do is crack my neck and lower back and send me on my way. I promise each of my sessions have lasted no longer than 4 minutes. And when I tell the dr what I feel I need and what I would like to be work on they just shake their head and say yeah yeah we just need to get you to keep coming back in here, but they never truly work on what I’m asking them. I don’t feel like Me as a customer is not valued as a customer but just a dollar sign so the service isn’t that good when it comes to the actual appointments. But the front desk staff is great. They are very helpful and polite

It's been one of the most accommodating experiences I have ever had visiting a chiropractor. I called and stopped in for my initial appt on the same day. Sweet! My carpal tunnel got so bad that I had numbing and tingling in my wrists that was wrecking my sleep for weeks! I would wake up numerous times from the stinging pain shooting up and down my entire arm and shoulder, and this was even while I was wearing my wrist braces! The first visit I was cracked, I actually had some of the best sleep I've had in a long while. The next day, I went back and that same night I accidentally fell asleep without my wrist brace and was not stirred awake by pain at all! The visits are quick but relief occurs literally the instant you lay on the table so you don't need to be there long! Excellent package plans and no insurance! Sign me up!

They'll crack you, but it's not gunna feel very good. This is the kind of chiropractor people worry about - yanked around on my head and neck without a single crack, adjusted me extremely aggressively and with full body weight. I was not only sore for the days following, but now seem to be worse off than beforehand. Tried to save a buck going to the cheap chiro and ended up getting what I paid for. I really should be rating this one star, it almost seems unsafe, but I did get my back cracked, so...

I have never been to a chiropractor before and I had been experiencing a lot of pain to the point I could not move anymore. De Shawn was so education and talking with me about all the joints and how they cause pain when it is not addressed. This place was definitely a game changer for me. I just moved back to Parma from serving in the military and my body was more than stiff and hurting. Due to covid and how hard it is at the moment to get into the VA I decided to take my chances with the joint chiropractic. The process of getting enrolled into there system was easy! The lady at the front desk was amazing and sweet (I wish I could remember her name) and the chiropractor was outstanding! I immediately felt relief and it was easy to do daily things the following day. They cared about how I was feel and took everything to heart. Now I go every Tuesday until I get better and then hopefully every month. I would 10/10 100% recommend them! It’s definitely worth a try!

This is the worst place ever, I paid for 2 months and could only Get there 1 time and the second time was only because I had to drive there to cancel. I don’t normally go to this chiropractor but boy am I glad they were open today. I turned my neck wrong and had no range of motion. They got me in ASAP and chiropractor was very thorough and kind. Adjustment was good but I’m super sore - which is to be expected. I’d recommend this place to others.

Could barely walk when I got there. I was in serious pain. Had terrible sciatica and crippling muscle spasms throughout my hips and lower back. I didn't want to go to the hospital BC muscle relaxers don't work for me and just make me sick on top of it. I was desperate and had to do something for relief. First time to a chiropractor. I left very very pleased and felt good walking and for the rest of the day. I had immediate results and lots of relief. Will continue to go on a regular basis. And they have very reasonable rates. I got out of the military almost 6 years ago with alot of issues including separated lower disc. I have tried stretching and physical therapy and nothing seems to relieve the tension until now. I have been seen 5-6 times now and its starting to make a difference. The following day after an adjustment I am moving so much better and pain level is minimal. First time to see a chiropractor. Sciatic nerve pain was killing me. After 3 weeks of physical therapy and no results I had to try something. After consultation and adjustment I walked out standing straight. I was sore for two days but better than before adjustment. On day three I got out of bed and the pain and numbness were gone. Very strange moving and expecting pain and there is none. I'm so glad I tried it. Plus it was very reasonable.

After visiting 2 times due to work schedule conflict or not having a doctor available ever, they charged me again after 4 weeks. They tried to tell me it's a 2 month minimum then I would be auto renewed. I knew about the auto renewal, but I would think it would have been after 8 weeks. I am heading up there now to cancel and that 69 bucks after my initial 98 I paid better go back on my account.

I went there today because I suffer from migraines and as lately severe neck pain at the base of my head and neck. The doctor took time to listen to what was bothering me, he then explained what we could do to help the problem. I left there feeling amazing and almost all of my pain was gone. I’m so glad I went. The best part is, it’s affordable and you can just walk in, no appointments needed! Awesome place. I would rate them 10 stars if I could. The receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming too!

Love, love, love this Chiropractor! They are doing wonders for my neck and back pain. The monthly "subscription" for services is way more affordable that other chiropractors and its so convenient to be able to just come in anytime they are open for an appointment. The staff are super friendly and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! Highly recommend!

Great spot that does quality work. Quick in and out, never had longer than a 5 min wait. Polite staff, Dr. Cuong is very good. I've got the monthly plan, so I go in once a week. Was having a hip problem already back to 90%. Highly recommend!

The Joint has been a huge help for the almost 2 years or so that I have been going. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would not be able to enjoy life if not for their amazing help, I was stuck in bed due to pain, unable to work or really live. After regular adjustments, I now can function with less pain throughout the week. I use a cane when my pain is really bad and I start feeling off balance. More often than not Dr. Shawn fixes me right up and I can walk out carrying the cane. The Joint has given me my life back. Thank you guys so much!!

Do not go to this place. They will charge you without your knowledge. My wife went one time and for the next two months we had charges on our account without our knowledge. They don't tell you this when you sign up in and that is very deceptive. Try at your own risk. I will be disputing this with my Credit card company. The sad thing is if they had told us up front i would have been OK but now there are two month my wife did not even use that were paid for and thats a waste.

My overall experience was excellent! The doctor was able to reduce my back pain drastically and had me walking normal again with the adjustments he did. I had major neck, hip, and back pain. I went from my head being 4 inches forward when I walked, which caused a ton of my pain and now it’s more aligned with very little pain. I no longer have foot pain or ankle pain which was tender to the touch. Within the last few months after the doctor used the Y strap, I can sit here and say I do not have 1 ounce of pain. Before The Joint, my doctors were just pushing pain meds and I refuse them and decided to come here. The wellness plan is so affordable and it is so easy to just walk in with no appointment. Rating due to business practices, not necessarily for the chiropractors. I think any business that requires you to be in person to cancel a membership is sneaky. After moving cross country with a short relocation period, I tried to get them to fax over cancellation forms to sign but they were never forwarded. Magically after causing a big stink, they were willing to waive their in person cancellation policy.... interesting, eh?

I'm visiting from CA and its ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM being seen at a location on the other side of the country. Super convenient and the maintenance plan cannot be beaten. I walked into The Joint in Parma in utter pain, The front office staff was kind and helpful in getting the paperwork filled out. I went into the treatment area and met Dr. Bodi, we discussed my problem areas and what I have tried to alleviate the problems. He then started work on me and continued for about half an hour. At the end I was much improved and I am planning to return for additional treatment to continue improving. Dr. Bodi was very personable and empathetic to my pain, something I did not experience for this pain issue with the medical professionals who I had worked with. A definite Highly Recommended from me!

The chiropractors here are very accommodating and work with you towards living a pain-free life. I have a previous spinal cord injury and have dealt with chronic pain for years. Staff is very friendly, I had never been before so I was a bit nervous. They explained tools as they went if they needed to be used. Lots of tension was relieved after first visit and even some muscle soreness. Cant wait to make regular visits to see the improvements!

Injured my back in July and August. MRI revealed bulging disc and arthritis and spurring. Was in pain 24/7 and getting decompression therapy from another source but still in much pain. So i found this place and in one day my pain level went from a 9 to a 2. Dr. David Bodi is the best, in my opinion, and has a “magic” activator and didn’t even manipulate me the first time, he just used that activator and I felt brand new. I can now touch my toes. Before I couldn’t even touch my knees while standing. I am still going to The Joint getting treated, but I’m better than I was. Thankful! Thank you!

This would be my first time coming here after the initial consult and adjustment. Needless to say I am beyond pleased with the service from the staff and the doctor. I was able to get in and out in no time, and I feel a million times better afterwards. I usually wake up with back pain and throughout the day I get shoulder and neck pain and after seeing the doc it’s all taken care of. Gotta love the pricing too those wellness plans are super affordable!!
