This location is extremely understaffed during critical/busier parts of the day - wait times typically exceed 30 mins and it is unpractical. The staff that is present is fantastic. This is clearly an indicator of poor ownership and a lack of understanding of the customers being served. I would strongly suggest that patients seek out other locations such as Chesterfield. Do better ownership. Prices and plans increase to your benefit with no increase benefit for the consumer.

It was my first visit to the Joint, I have many complications and my chiropractor took detailed notes to better my treatment. He noticed that not only my back was out of line but I also had some ribs out of place and problems with my pelvis. Within my first visit he adjusted so many spots that were causing me pain. I joined the program so impressed with the outcome! Adrian did a very good job talking me through everything we were doing. I can't wait to go back and get adjusted again!

I saw Dr. Khristian at the Des Pres office. I have been getting adjustments for a couple years and just moved to the area. I took a chance on this office and was not disappointed. I've been here twice and will continue to keep going. They have walk-in's, it goes pretty fast even if there's a wait, they are very friendly and thorough and they keep you informed every step of the way. ALSO, and this is a huge plus, no high-pressure tactics to sign you up for packages and programs. They do have packages but you can also pay as you go.

I’ve been going to The Joint for quite some time now, and let me say, I love. I typically go to the Creve Core location but every once in a while I visit the Manchester location. Though I must say, they are people at both places have been excellent and make my experience more enjoyable and leave me feeling much better. I was shopping at Trader Joe's. And there just happen to be a Joint a couple stores down. I had such a wonderful experience. Check in was fast and efficient. First impression, it is a very positive environment, clean, Jill is welcoming as soon as you go in and thoroughly explained the process. I have been to chiropractors before so they explained what I needed to know at the level I was looking for. Was skeptical that I would actually be adjusted because that has not been my past experience but was pleasantly surprised. NO hard sale, you have to come back for 25 visit just here are your options and the cost. I am so much more comfortable than i was this morning and I can't wait to go back.

The doctors at The Joint Des Peres are amazing! I have 2 crushed vertebrae and getting adjusted weekly keeps me healthy and active. Dr. Rhodes and Jill treat you like family. They have great chiropractors at this location and it’s very consistent. I’m a difficult case and so is my husband. I have been seeing a chiro on and off since I was 14 (I'm 35 now) and usually I quit because either financially it's too much, the schedule constraints make it impossible, or there's too many extras and an adjustment takes forever. I can honestly say this place was the best experience I've had in years. The exam was thorough, they listened to my concerns and needs took me seriously, and everyone was super friendly. The adjustment was quick but covered every concern I had from my sciatica to my neck. I walked in at a pain level about 7/8 and I'm already feeling 10 times better, maybe a 4/5. Not even pain, more like a soreness. I cannot wait to come back!

I normally go to the CWE one and see Dr. Jay and he’s fantastic if you are in the CWE, but I was out this way and stopped in to see Dr. Jim and what an awesome experience! Dr. Jim really takes his time to get to know you and figure out what is truly the problem and then he goes to work. I've been going to The Joint's Des Peres location for years now, which says something already! Been to a number of chiropractors there, all good, but Dr. Rhodes is always my choice whenever he is there. He just knows what to do every time, sometimes solely by visual evaluation, without me telling him what feels wrong today. I started taking my daughter to the Joint when she started having rib, neck and back problems while playing club volleyball. Weekends were the easiest to go and we have a convenient location near us. I really appreciate the Flexibility at the joint!! Being able to be seen the same day you need to be adjusted is awesome! Typically the waits aren’t bad, I normally get in and out in a decent time! Really love the flexibility that The Joint has to offer. Front desk staff is great and I generally find times to go without a huge wait. The process of getting established at the Joint was quick and easy! Everyone was friendly and I liked that the initial visit didn’t require a lot of my time and expensive X-rays. I’ve been to several different chiropractors and personally didn’t want to go through another lengthy intro session. They were efficient at gathering my history and areas of discomfort quickly and then gave me a thorough adjustment on the spot. He adjusted areas in my shoulders I didn’t know were possible! I instantly felt some much needed relief in my lower and upper back. I’m looking forward to maintaining my spine health here with future, convenient, quick visits!

All doctors I've seen here have been AMAZING treating me. I have fibromyalgia and am very sensitive to force and such. These guys have been gentle enough not to increase my pain, thorough in adjustments, and today Dr. Rose messed around with my head releasing tension and generally relaxing me. Even if I were still skeptical about chiropractic, which I'm not, I'd probably continue to drop by because I like the people here so much. It's a fun, playful environment. Some people I knew had been going to The Joint and had good experiences and after a message therapist recommended that I see a chiropractor, I decided to try it. Being a R.N., I am always cautious with any new medical treatments, so I was naturally somewhat apprehensive about trying this. Dr. Cam is so nice. He put me at ease, going slowly and cautiously the first few times. We are like old friends now and I have complete confidence in him and Dr.Sachs, who has also treated me. My back and neck are doing much better, too. I especially like the fact that I don't need an appointment and can come in whenever I want an adjustment never having had to wait more than 10 minutes and then can be done in just another 10 minutes!

Upon walking in, I immediately felt uncomfortable interrupting the staff gun shopping online and continuing to do so while I was doing my first visit paperwork. No masks were being worn and one doctors mask was on the ground. When the exam began I was asked to remove my mask by the chiropractor because “Sam paige yadadada and how wearing a mask is unhealthy.” Then for the entirety of the visit went on an unprovoked pro trump rant, stopping the exam frequently to monologue. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience overal that Ill never forget. HOWEVER my back feels better so thats a thing.

The Des Peres location has a great group of doctors, especially Dr. Rhoades. Unable to see my chiropractor of many years, I was hesitant to go to a "walk-in" place. Dr. Rhoades did a super job and has a great personality. I recently had to see Dr. Ryan, and he was also great! Would definitely see either of them. Michelle at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming.

Very, very, very happy I went to see these chiropractors. My lower back feels sooooooo much better, I have been to a spine dr, a pain management dr. , had physical therapy , saw a different chiropractor not at this practice and had steroid injections for my back .....spent $$$$$$$$ on trying to reduce my pain BUT the 2 adjustments I have received so far , here at The Joint Des Peres have been very effective in reducing my pain and stiffness. Five stars!!!! Very happy.

I’ve been to a couple different Joint locations before a year ago, but I have to say my experience at The Joint Des Peres has been my favorite by far. Lately my neck, shoulders, back, elbows, knees (pretty much my whole body) has been getting really stiff and locking up making it incredibly difficult and painful to move. My career carrying around heavy photographic equipment and the 10-year anniversary of my motorcycle accident haven’t helped. So my thoughtful husband decided to gift me a 2-Month Wellness Package ($69.99) that includes 4 adjustments each month. The front desk attendant Michelle was incredibly kind and personable and made sure to go over all the details and make sure I was well informed. After my paperwork was completed I went back and was introduced to Dr. Rhodes. Dr. Rhodes has a great personality, greeting patients with a fist-bump and making sure to really listen about what problem areas are affecting them. He was wonderful at explaining each area he was going to work on, giving directions on what you should do while he adjusts, and giving positive feedback on how you’re doing. My neck and shoulders feel better already! I can’t wait to keep coming back each week to see more improvements. Thanks so much, The Joint Des Peres!

I've been going to the joint for years. I have always received the best chiropractic care at an affordable rate in an environment that made it easy and convenient for me to visit per my busy schedule. Was in extreme pain from pulled muscle in lower back & stopped in on the advice of a friend. Bad decision. The receptionist was extremely nice & helpful but once I got to the back all I got was an adjustment which never helped my back at all & actually is worse today. Then they try to sell you package deals without describing what it should, would, or could do for or to me. Also it wasn't described to me what was being done or how it might help me. Just lay here, crack, crack, come back for another later, bye. I shouldnt have paid but since I am non-confrontational & in so much pain I just wanted to get home. Just seems like a drive thru, fast food, in & out type of situation. Not impressed & won't ever be back

I was blown away when I was brought to this place by a fatmily member. Everyone here is so caring and involved with the patients. Coming here was the best thing I have ever done for my health. Not only did they get me walking without pain when I first came, but they helped give me direction on what to do outside of their office to help with the other pain I experience. I am always in and out fairly quickly, and when I needed an adjustment while on vacation, I was able to find another location and get an adjustment there too. 4 people in my family come to this location and we all love it!!!
