Dr. Marah Al Khawaja graduated with a public health degree from the University of South Florida in 2017 and received her doctorate of chiropractic degree from Palmer College in 2022 where she attended the Port Orange Florida campus. Born in Amman, Jordan, Tampa is where she was raised since she moved in 2007.

In 2017 she was in a car accident after which she was introduced to chiropractic care. After reading and learning more about chiropractic care firsthand and nerves from the spine travel to the rest of the body, She fell in love with chiropractic care. Her mission is to remove nerve interference that is caused by habit, environment, and stress to improve the quality of life of her patients, and let the power that made the body, heal the body. The best thing about being a chiropractor is the smiles of patients coming in and leaving after restoring the proper function of the joints and nervous system.

Dr. Marah is a newlywed and during her free time, she enjoys quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys walking on the beach or in nature for fresh air. She loves going to classes at the gym for workouts such as HITT, kickboxing, and Zumba when she gets a chance. Her favorite cuisines are middle eastern, Turkish, and Indian cuisines in Temple Terrace.

Dr. Brandon Lee is a dedicated chiropractor at The Joint Chiropractic, bringing a unique and comprehensive perspective to patient care through his diverse background as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Personal Trainer. Dr. Lee is committed to helping the Tampa community move better and live more vibrant lives by providing personalized, routine chiropractic care that focuses on the body's natural ability to function at its best.

 

Dr. Lee earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) in Florida in 2021. Along his chiropractic journey, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Maintaining his status as an RN allows him to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and proactive wellness. He is trained in several effective adjusting styles, including Diversified, Thompson Drop-Table, and Activator Techniques. To further support his patients’ mobility, he has completed advanced training in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® for the lumbar, cervical, and thoracic spine, as well as Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation (FAKTR), in addition to completing the 100-hour acupuncture program at NUHS.

 

Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Dr. Lee has traded the snowy winters for the Florida sunshine. Drawing on the discipline instilled during his service as a U.S. Naval Hospital Corpsman, Dr. Lee remains an active advocate for wellness, frequently spending his time boxing, weightlifting, and focusing on functional nutrition. When he isn't staying active, you might find him working on his 1997 Honda Del Sol, trying a new local restaurant, or watching a comedy series while relaxing with his mischievous nine-month-old cat, Shadow. Dr. Lee looks forward to meeting you and discussing how regular chiropractic care may support your journey toward a more active and comfortable lifestyle.
