Do not allow this shady company to touch you or your wallet. I had used them for over a year and i became less and less happy with the service i was receiving. It feels like a fast food drive thru how fast they wluld push me through often times faster than people who were in the chair next to me. Well i then move further away from their closest location so i ask them to please cancel my account and stop bothering me. I asked thus because i had paused my accounts during the move and they were bothering me about not being able to process the payment and wouldnt listen to me asking for them to put a hold on my account. Well a few months later i get a email and it says my payment wasnt recieved and the card they were trying wasnt working. They had basivally drained my HSA account and didnt bother to actually put my account on hold. So they have basically taken me for a few hundred bucks and i will never ever do business with them again and will actively tell people to not go there anymore. This place is a scam and you can find far better services from a smaller business.

I went to the Stetson Hills location this morning, filled out the paperwork...I was supposed to be the next person up and the chiropractor saw someone who is a "member" and said "I'll see you next because you're a member" and the guy said "she's next" pointing at me and the chiropractor said to him "just come back". I got up and walked out....unbelievable that literally in my face basically said my business meant nothing. I really hope this location does not gain one single new " member" and that chiropractor can kiss my ass!

Went in specificly for a realignment since I don't go but once every 10 years...pain in shoulder and pinched nerve ...the doc insisted on 3 times a week fr 2 weeks and then 2 times a month and then once a month fr 3 f months ..sounds like thousands of dollars to me.. DO NOT RECOMMEND cause 24 hours later after I cracked and worked it out I'm 3 times better just sore ..I kno what my body needs and wants THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY ..NOT TO HELP YOU

I recently threw my back out and had some strong sharp pain. My husband recommended this place. He was a previous patient there & received excellent care so he suggested i called. I was lucky they got me in that same day and very patient, understanding and helpful. Their office manager was very sweet and explained everything in detail, she was super helpful. The doctor was a good listener especially with all my history of surgeries & broken bones. He made his recommendation and got to work right away. The sharp pain was gone & I was once again mobile! I’ve had a really great experience here. From the beginning, Ski has been very helpful and made sure I was able to get everything set up. They helped me download the app and made the whole process easy without all the extra hassle. I’ve met with Brandon a few times, and he is always super helpful. What a difference: I drove 2 town pressing on my gas pedal leg with my hand to control speed while holding my left glute off the seat 2 manage my pain level of 6 (btw a 7.5 on my pain scale = breaking bones falling off a cliff). Doctor Greg was able to treat me & help me so that my ride home was bliss in comparison. I've only met one other chiropractor that was as good & I've seen many. He recommended Dr Olsen when he was off. Who was pleasant as well. Ty @ the front desk was amazing, personable, helpful & professional. **Beware the paperwork!! it took me an hour!!! Its traumatizing, mind numbing & an absolute NIGHTMARE. Hopefully the PTSD won't last forever;) My spinal surgeons paperwork is over a tenth of the pages here. Yes, I'm a train wreck! @ 18 yrs old (37 years ago) my 1st chiro said he thought my spine looked like an 80 yr old & that he had his x-rays mixed up. I'm definitely feeling over 100 with *4 spinal surgeries (3 fusions 1 lamenectomy); * both hamstrings slightly torn; *2 partial tears in my rot cuff + 1 in labrum; both arms have medial & lateral epicondylitis; i have bilateral carpal tunnel; & broken bones in past + some other details that I'm forgetting. I was REALLY LET DOWN when doc Greg said he couldn't get me to 20 years old again. Bummer, no magic wands. I'm pretty happy if i can have another pleasant drive &

Greg and his assistant were very rude after I canceled my membership. My physical therapist told me to reduce frequency for chiropractic and they said my physical therapist doesn't know what they're talking about and that it's absolutely ridiculous I won't continue my membership with them. They went on with other bullying techniques trying to get me to sign up with them again. I think it is extremely unprofessional and frankly my physical therapist has a much higher medical degree than a chiropractor ever could. I will not return here again.

Awesome experience! First visit only $29 is crazy. Every visit is pretty cheap.. But the best part: THE SPEED. I literally was filling out forms and people were walking in and not even 5 mins later walking out. I’ve never been to a chiropractor that actually just does the job (a great job, too, I’m very hard to adjust normally) and then sends you on your merry way. Loved it!

My husband and I visited this chiropractic clinic for the first time. He had come in for an adjustment because our current chiropractor was out of town attending a convention. Our chiropractor recommended that my husband get an adjustment while she returned on Tuesday. However, we were not pleased with the way we were treated by the female doctor. I don’t recall her name, but she spoke English and Spanish, which was a plus for us. After my husband was adjusted, she offered him a treatment plan that he declined because we already have our doctor. She continued to insist on a treatment plan, and we repeatedly told her that we already had our own chiropractor. However, after denying their treatment plan for the last time, she called me a derogatory term. I was in complete shock and just wanted to get out of there. Her demeanor changed drastically towards us. No patient or their families should be treated this way.

Dr Greg worked some sort of miracle on me during my first visit. I have suffered with sciatica and scapula pain from a fall in 2022. At my first visit, Dr. Greg adjusted me and today, I woke up pain free for the first time in years. I have only had chiropractic services 3 times over 7 years ago. Dr Greg is the best doctor you have because I come in almost everyday just to my fix. Chiropractic is very addicting. Dr. Greg Sallans was fantastic. The moment I walked in the door, the wellness coordinator Tyler was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable for us as new patients. My first visit with Dr. Greg was astounding - 3 years of pain + trying to be treated with the VA and he was able to give IMMEDIATE relief that I’ve been begging for. It was wild in that I told him my symptoms, he gave his opinion, asked for my recent MRI results and he got EVERYTHING RIGHT. The relief after adjustment was unreal. After my adjustment, he sent me back out to Tyler with a detailed wellness plan that was easy for me to follow. Tyler was SO GREAT in explaining the pros and cons of all of the different options, we weren’t rushed and I was confident in my care plan. Side note: I walked in a skeptic but a desperate one. The VA docs had been looking their noses down at a chiropractor being a possible solution for pain relief for a long time. I’m glad I took a chance on Dr. Sallans, it was the best investment I’ve ever made for myself.

Of all of the joints across the country I’ve been to, unfortunately, this one did not rise to The Joint Chiropractic level of customer service and services rendered. The chiropractor was too rough making the adjustments. Adjustments sometimes aren’t the most comfortable, but it was the way my body was handled overall that felt abrasive. I tried adjusting my body on the chair as I was laying back from another adjustment position and the chiropractor already had my head in a twist. The front desk would not have said anything if I didn’t wish her a good day on the way out to which a curt response was made. I’m happy for the folks that have had a great experience, as per me I will not be returning or recommending.

Concerning issues with my back arises seldomly. I have been visiting the Steston Hills location when they are to occur. I have a preference for Dr. Storey, finding that spinal adjustments can be tedious and cause other issues; I have trust in the work that he does when he is to perform adjustments on my body structure. I frequently come in with massive amounts of pain and discomfort, he corrects it placing myself back to normal. His work ethics are impeccable. Horrible customer service- Services not Rendered- unauthorized Charges: My daughter went to this chiropractor on Saturday. The service was bad as the doctor complained the whole time and made comments about having to assist another patient on a Saturday…. We paid for $ 99 for Seven sessions and she only went twice as their service was horrible and the doctor diagonest her without taking A MRI. Then they bill another month without my authorization. They basically charge me $180. 00 for 2 sessions. I would not recommend this company to no one. I will also be submitting a dispute with the Better Business Bureau.

Back in May, I went here with my disabled child. She is profoundly intellectually disabled, meaning, she’s 13 but has the mind of a baby. She also profoundly physically disabled, and is non-ambulatory as a result. (This means she cannot walk.) Dr. Storey did not speak to my child as he adjusted her. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT OK. Just because a child is non-verbal, that does not mean they cannot hear, and I don’t appreciate this sort of ignorance and disrespect of my child. He’s a DOCTOR; he should have better manners when a parent entrusts him with their child. Their child who has severe spinal issues. The spine doc should not be acting as if she’s too “stupid” to hear. My own adjustment hurt me SO badly, that I was in a massive amount of extra pain a month afterward. I’m not saying this is the doctor’s fault, but I definitely was not going back to be put in pain for another 30 days. Lastly, this “you must come in to the office to take yourself off the monthly payment plan” is nonsense. This is MASSIVELY inconvenient for people with mobility issues, lack of a vehicle, or, like myself, have a disabled child that makes it EXTREMELY difficult to leave our home. My child is non-ambulatory, and I have to transfer her 68 lb body into a wheelchair, and then into the car…to go anywhere. I do NOT have any family help, respite, or nursing help, which she is entitled to, but there is a massive home health provider shortage. You know, when the pandemic hit, EVERYONE started using Docusign, so that people don’t have to inconvenience themselves by getting in the car and driving to the doctor’s office simply to sign one piece of paper. Except these guys can’t do that, I’m guessing DocuSign is too expensive for them and would cut into their profit margins. ? I should not have to load my disabled child in my car specifically to go here to sign a document. It’s inconvenient for me. So, now, I will simply cancel my debit card so they cannot attempt to charge me, when I’ve already told them I no longer want their service. And I’ll get to the office to sign the paper when MY LIFE ALLOWS ME TO.

The chiropractors and desk staff at The Joint are kind and professional—I truly have no complaints about them personally. But the company’s policies and overall approach to care are disappointing and, frankly, exploitative. When I called to ask if they accept Medicaid, I was told they do not—but they reassured me that prices are so affordable that “everyone can access care.” That sounded fair, so I brought my mother in, who was in significant pain. We spent 20 minutes filling out a lengthy, all-required intake form, then waited over an hour and fifteen minutes—only for the chiropractor to spend barely a minute with her and tell us they couldn’t treat her back pain. They said they needed to “see her first” before referring her out, which ended up being a waste of time, energy, and hope. And let’s be frank, she had regular discomfort, not a broken back or anything. The consult felt like a checkbox, not actual care. Later, when I tried to cancel my membership, I was told I could only cancel in person at the original location where I signed up. This is a classic example of cancellation friction—a tactic designed to make it harder to leave. It’s an outdated and predatory move that doesn’t respect consumers’ time or autonomy. The people here are doing their best, but the company’s policies around ambiguous services and barriers to cancellation make it hard to trust The Joint as a provider care.

I absolutely love The Joint. The best part is the convenience—no appointments needed. I can walk in whenever it fits my schedule, and it rarely takes more than a few minutes out of my day. Even if there is a wait, it’s always minimal. Even though im a member i still need to show id or they wont adjust you. Dont bother showing up if you forgot your wallet. Between this and prices this place has just gone down hill. Adjusters barely put a effort in just to do a 5 minute pop and charge a ton.

It's been a while since I've been to one of the joint locations, but apparently a new thing is they require a photo ID before they can talk to you about anything. I showed a photo ID, it wasn't good enough for the receptionist and she started arguing with me, which made my back pain worse so I just left. Update: Another location got everything sorted out. Apparently the lady working here didn't know that a Texas ID is also acceptable. Update 2: I visited this location again today, Thursday, and check in was a breeze thanks to the little key card. Apparently if you don't have that you should expect a lot of hassle. The chiropractor who worked on me didn't do a lot, didn't even check my hip alignment, so I'll be looking for a different provider next time I try this location.

Dr. Story was great! Receptionist was very kind and welcoming. I didn't rate this location a 5 because the tables are not private. A divider or screen between tables would go a long way. I would have singed up for the maintenance package but this location only offers adjustments. No message, no acupuncture, no IR Heat, no electronic tens unit therapy. Good for a quick adjustment.

I have not been to this location recently bc it’s pretty far from my house but since being to another location i will definitely travel the extra mile! I went in because my neck was killing me from a slip on the ice and the gentleman there told me that I literally had whiplash it was pretty bad I had trouble moving my head from side to side, y’all when he cracked my neck it sounded like cracking the whole box of spaghetti but let me tell you I went home and iced it and by the next day if felt so much better, I went back in 2 days later to get him to work on it some more and it’s getting better. I will keep going back because they’re nice and they truly care about you and they help you. So if you’re looking for a great chiropractor look no more you found one here. You won’t regret it.

I'd like to know exactly how to cancel this recurring payment? I was told to come in 2 days before the next billing cycle to cancel. When I tried to do that I was told it needs to go through 1 billing cycle in order to cancel. Today my card was charged, so I guess I'll go back in and try to cancel and hopefully get a refund. I went once, wanted the $29 adjustment, was told it actually costs $55 by itself and is only $29 when I sign up for the entire month, which was $118 that day. After my adjustment I experienced vertigo so bad I ended up in the ER, I would not recommend this practice to anybody. Seems sort of shady to say the $29 adjustment is no strings attached and then after your adjustment it isn't.

My issue was addressed by management so I am updating my review. While I had a few biking issues they both have been resolved. The care at the site is quick and effective. It has helped me with neck pain that at times prevented me from turning my head. Will go again when I need care.

This is a very good and affordable option for a chiropractor. The sessions are quick and effective and I really like not having to make an appt to come in for my weekly session. Went in for lower back pain got pressured into a 2-month contract. Developed severe lower and now some upper back/ neck pain after just my second treatment, so I never went again for the 2-months I'd paid for. They charged me again $90 bucks for a third month. I feel beat up and robbed.

I can’t express how thankful for Dr. Storey. I came in with a hip problem that was limiting my mobility. I couldn’t get out of my car without extreme pain. The Joint, and Doc Storey are the best thing that have happened to me in the chiropractic world since I left my primary chiropractor back in Florida 14yrs ago. Some may be intimidated by his size, but all I can say is, don't be. I would describe his care as "gently forceful." He goes only as hard as needed to get you back where you need to be, and not a bit more. On top of it all, they are very affordable, so you're not gonna break the bank. Thank God for The Joint, and thank God for Doc Storey!

Dr Storey was easily the rudest individual in a professional setting that I have ever interacted with. Our interaction right off the bat was unwelcoming and belittling. He did not care about my neck and back problems at all but instead kept fixating and pestering me about my mattress. Look, I understand a mattress can be associated with back problems but the questions and comments about my mattress were absurd, unprofessional, and ongoing. I was baffled at the service. Afterward, he provided me with such a lazy and unhelpful adjustment to the point where I think a classroom chair would have been equally or more helpful. After I communicated that I'm favoring the adjustment aspect, he FOR REAL says, "I'm the one asking the questions here" in the rudest tone ever. He even later told me, "Why didn't you just call the mattress company?" Dude, what are we doing here? He also degraded me for not throwing out my foam mattress pad yet. Like, dude, I booked an appointment late in the night, worked a shift at my job, and then came for my appointment. God forbid I didn't throw out my foam mattress pad yet.

Worst experience left crying my eyes out as I couldn't commit to 2 days a wk because money is tight right now due to husband loosing job . I was told I can't be seen there if I don't commit to there plan . I'm in chronic pain and have been for years I'm just looking for some relief but this doctor all high and mighty with his little pad doesn't care about the patient at all just about the money . I had a chiropractor simply chiropractor which was amazing and really cared but he closed . Worst experience ever and the adjustment wasn't great either

We came in after my daughter had injured herself at a local indoor trampoline park. Dr. Storey was empathetic, through, and explained her injury in a manner I could understand. He adjusted her with confidence and recommended we return twice a week for two weeks and once a week for six weeks. I didn’t feel like I was going to be hung out for all my money to fix a typical childhood injury. I hope to talk my other daughter and husband into switching to The Joint, where it’s so much more affordable!

They recommended a care plan. I agreed. My doctor said no chiro services because there is kidney and liver problem. This was day 2 after I signed up thanks to the salesperson. I told them and they said come in and cancel. After my hospital visit, I could not make it back in and no one would cancel. Today I got a text telling me I'm still being billed until I come in. ..I am just back walking again. These people just want your money and care nothing about the people. In my group of over 20k people I will be sure to say go somewhere else. These guys have no morals.

Went here for an initial adjustment, the male chiropractor was very dismissive and rude, asking me chiropractic questions I obviously do not know the answer to... Like buddy I'm paying you to tell me here. He refused to provide any helpful stretches until after multiple visits and insisted on his plan of 12 visits over the next 8 weeks... I have had plenty of chiropractors who were not rude and pushy about a specific plan, happy to provide stretches that would improve pain and discomfort levels. After explaining that I had been laid off from my job and would have trouble doing every single recommended visit, the reply was "Well I'm not going to waste my time if you don't want to follow the plan". Yikes! Plenty of options out there, no reason to waste your time with this place.

This place is fine if you want a quick adjustment, that is easy to fix. But you’ll never get the same receptionist or doctors (they can’t get staff). They write a profile for you but rarely reference it. For example, if you sign up for a “treatment plan” they ask you what needs to be done instead of looking at your plan. They can’t perform X-rays and won’t even touch you if they suspect nerve damage because of this. Specially, Dr. Storie has turned us away twice, and refuses to listen. So they aren’t a real doctor’s office. Would not recommend if you want actual results.

Everyone in the office was nice . That being said . I'm am still waiting on my email receipt . Since they can't give you one when done . The ad they have is mis-leading . If not all out false advertising . The "packages" offered say 4 visits for $89 . To get that price I was told I would have to pay for two of them . I know I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed . But to me it sounds like 8 visits for $178 ? I know it's the same per visit . Though having to pay $178 is alot different than $89 . Deception aside, chiropractor was alright . If you are looking for a "wham bam thank you mam" place to go ? This is it . Good but misleading prices and quick in out . No need to waste time getting muscles loosened up . I probably won't be going back . But will be watching my account closely . Since still no receipt !

Very disappointing that my story seems to be one of many as I’m reading some of the reviews. I was lectured by the doctor about my pain as if I had done something inexcusable. I have been to numerous chiropractors over the years and they always massage the area, and do a full adjustment. The joint does not even complete full adjustments. I left the office today and I can still feel pain and a bump in my lower back that has never been there. For your own health and safety don’t go to the Joint.

I came in for a routine adjustment,mentioned a few areas with some stiffness but nothing major. I felt like I was lectured about my previous injuries/condition for about 5 minutes but given no recommendations for anything to do about it. Spent maybe a minute adjusting my neck and upper back and was told he didn’t have time to address any other areas (even though there was no one else waiting) and I just needed to schedule another session for my lower back and shoulder. I was not asked if the adjustment seemed to help, nor was my range of motion checked after the brief adjustment. I have been to SEVERAL chiropractors over the years, inside and outside of the Joint network, and this is the first time I haven’t received at least a full adjustment on my back. I am very disappointed with the treatment (or lack of) that I received here.

I have been to the joint before but it's been awhile. I am no stranger to chiropractor care and have seen chiropractors over the course of my life. When I first began at the joint, the experience wasn't great. The doctors were always in a hurry and didn't even do full body adjustments. Hence why I haven't been back. Today I woke up in a lot of pain and my only option was the joint being its sunday- a huge mistake. I don't remember which doctor I saw but I will never return. He literally put me in tears yelling me I was putting myself in an early grave and I need to come in more often. He was so rude and unkind trying to FORCE me into a membership. I am also pregnant and told him I did not want to sign up for anything until I talked to my OB further, that today, I was desperate not to be in pain any longer. He told me that he has tons of experience with pregnant women and I wouldn't even need to consult my OB bc he's an expert. He then threatened not to adjust me. The only good thing tonight was he waved my adjustment fee but only because he didn't want to seem pushy. He was cocky, rude, and literally made me cry by degrading me. Please save your money for someone who is professional because it is not this place. Edit- I ended up needing to go to the emergency room due to pain. The Dr. I saw was Dr. Kerry and he was very rough along with rude. Please stay away from this place

I’ve had a great experience with The Joint for these past couple weeks! They were able to get me in on a busy Sunday when I really needed it. I’d been having stiff necks w limited movement. The doctor patient relationship has been in free fall for along time. To me, The Joints concept makes the relationship even more strained. I thought the information I provided in there lengthy questionnaire would be sufficient. You often get a different doctor (5 or 6), and 90% of the time you had to explain, again, what issues you were/are having. I asked one day why the doctors did not address the other issues I had indicated on their forms. Basically I was told I needed to find another chiropractor if I wanted that type of help. Then why the HELL did they ask me on their stupid questionnaire . Everyone was nice for the most part, but I don't agree with the dynamics. If you are cool with being moved through like cattle, and other injuries being ignored.....this place is for you.

I went in for an adjustment because of an older injury that had been acting up a lot over the past couple weeks. It got to the point that sometimes I’m in tears. I came in as a walk in to get an adjustment to relieve some pain but pray because I needed some kind of relief.I had also booked an appointment for a steroid shot tomorrow because that always helps for a long period of time. When I go to sit down I mention all of this and the chiropractor literally chuckles and said “that’s interesting” I asked how is that interesting and he replied “you want to come in for temporary relief, a bandaid, when you have an appointment tomorrow for more help?” I said yes. He again repeated “that’s interesting.” My back was in so much pain that yes I wanted some temporary relief and he just laughed it off. So I left in tears from pain and anger. Thank you for quite literally nothing.

They charge a monthly subscription and you can’t schedule a time for an adjustment, first come first serve. There is ALWAYS a 40 minute or more wait time with only 1 chiropractor on shift for the day adjusting everyone who comes in. You’re not allowed to roll adjustments over to the next month despite them not being able to service you unless you wait 40minutes each visit. Dr. story is great though and helped me with my back issues… just wished I could have gone more but again the wait times are atrocious.

Giving it four stars because of the staff turnover, BUT, Dr. Story and Dr. Kerry are great! Both are very knowledgeable and efficient. I hope they stay for awhile. The wait times can be long sometimes, so I recommend calling ahead to check. Also, Lexi, their front desk person, is really nice and helpful.

Haven't been to a chiropractor in years. Dr.Kellie , wonderful experience. Wanted me in for twice a week for a month or so. Said if I payed for the "wellness plan" they would waive 3 visits off. The wellness plan didn't cover, in a month, how many times the Dr. wanted to see me. When I went to pay the receptionist, I told her I can pay for this visit now and pay for the wellness plan in a few days when I come back. Well, if I do that.....they can't waive the 3 extra visits. To start I will never come back here I came here about 2 weeks ago with my husband he’s been there before but this was my first time mine you my body has been through a lot I get that things take time I believe it was Dr. Stone that worked on both of us didn’t even have concern that my husband had more things then just his back why even ask if you’re just gonna rush your process? When it came to me I told him my concerns and all I got told was this is a great package you might wanna do this one mind you not everyone has that kind of money but pushing and pushing and insisting is NOT OKAY. Finally I walked out of there in more pain then I came in they said soreness was to be expected for a couple of days it’s been two weeks and now I have to go to urgent care to see a doctor because the pain is almost unbearable. Personally I will never be back again what a waste of time!

Dr Josh was knowledge and friendly while he explained the procedures and typical issue in my line of work. Adjusted and set up flex plan that is perfect for my budget. 5 Stars is very hard to get in my book because that means perfection. No one is perfect and there can always be improvement. However, my experience today was wonderful, quick, easy, and very well explained. I was in and out very quickly even though it was my first visit. I've never been to a chiropractor before, I never had a need for one and I was told that all they do is pop your spine into place and charge an insane amount of money to do it to. Well now that I'm I'm need of a chiropractor, I was in for a shock. The Joint Chiropractic was amazing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt comfortable and was very pleased with everything. The place was like a spa at first, with a beautiful lady willing to help as soon as you walked in the door. I didn't have to wait but 3 seconds for the doctor to see me after a 5 minute brush with some paperwork. The Chiropractor was very informative and gave me a visiting plan and told me that to fix my issues was not a one-time event and needed to worked on together. He put me on my plan which as he was telling me the number of visits I would need, all I could see were dollars signs coming out his mouth, until he told me the price and i was delighted that it with all my visits I needed it was absolutely affordable. ? affordable. I recommend going to The Joint Chiropractic for all your needs. They are there to help you not dip into your pocket. For real!! Give them a try you will not leave disappointed.

I feel like this place ripped me off. I went in and got the adjustment that was on sale for $29.00! He basically pushed on my back in 6 places then told me on my next visit he would show me a stretch that would help me. I asked him why he wouldn’t just give me the stretch this visit he had no answer for me. I just felt like I got taken advantage of! Thanks for reading. Sorry it had to be negative!

I somehow hurt my back recently and needed to get a chiro appointment as soon as possible. I reached out to the Joint and immediately received a text detailing the availability for their multiple locations. I was able to get in same-day (within 5 hours or less of my contacting them). Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and set up with the required paperwork. The forms were straightforward and easy. I was able to use the $29 first time patient price. So helpful! Dr. Kerry was friendly, thorough, quick, and informative. I was in and out in 10 mins or less but learned so much about the way my joints operate. He asked for consent before he started the actual adjustment and explained everything he was doing as it was happening. He also provided an explanation of his suggested treatment moving forward and expressed a genuine interest for my health and wellbeing. When I checked out, I was provided with an explanation of the treatment plans available and prices. They have great deals for continued treatment if that is what you are looking for. Can't wait for my next adjustment! I feel better already.

This place only cares about getting your money. The care I got there was not great unless Dr. Will was in (I found he’s now at Freedom Chiropractic). I recently had some serious family stuff come up and explained how I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for myself and my husband but circumstances such as homeschooling kids, my dad having cancer and being hospitalized this last month, my husband working nights, and myself being a caretaker and full time student didn’t phase them. Katie (a receptionist there) insisted that the company policy is two days notice to cancel. I had my case for a refund escalated due to family circumstances and was told a manager would contact me. Well no manager, just an email from Katie insisting corporate policy has a two day notice and I won’t be getting a refund. Zero concern for what I’ve been going through. Save your wallet and go somewhere else, basic human compassion is beyond their scope of human understanding. Oh and I informed them after some surprise bills I only had $3 in checking for my family. Again, no compassion. They’d rather keep $140 for their business. Guess we can just starve and beg on the street for gas. Nice! Update: to the owner. Your response is not true. I said on the phone that I had two reasons to call (in regard to call you are referring to) and stated I wanted to know if Dr Will is in and that I needed to cancel my membership. I am moving and stated that. It’s fine that you needed my money so bad, but don’t lie. I don’t like how you do business and my dad was in the hospital a lot (something I stated to an employee in your office when I requested the refund). My dad has passed since (not that that makes a difference I’m sure). Enjoy my money but don’t lie. I escalated the refund explaining in your office what I had going on. And for what it’s worth I forgive you.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was new to this place and it is great they take walk ins. Of course they offer a deal with first visit and exam. While my middle Back was bothering me, I don’t feel like I got an exam and literally was just adjusted in one spot and that’s it. No exam or anything. I was asked a few questions and adjust in one spot and thank you have a nice day. This is frustrating as the knew that I am a hairstylist, other chiropractors have adjust several areas on me because of what I do and done a full exam on me. ****Edit**** I received a call and email back and was invited back in to see another staff member. Had a much better visit that I felt heard and not rushed. I signed up for more frequent adjustments.

Great staff and convenient location. My husband and I started going to The Joint in October after our previous chiropractor retired the year before. We were new to this style of chiropractic, but it’s been really great for us. Easy to go anytime with the treatment plans and the walk-in appointment system. The Joint is also very affordable. All of the staff and chiropractors are great, but we especially love Dr. Hodges. Dr. Hodges is always warm and friendly. I would enjoy seeing her each week even if she wasn’t a great chiropractor. But she is great chiropractor. Dr. Hodges has been able to really help me with my neck and lower back pain. My chronic headaches are better, and I didn’t have to take my migraine medication all winter, a first in more than 5 years. Dr. Hodges has helped my husband with his chronic hip pain and shoulder pain that he had been experiencing. We both really appreciate how Dr. Hodges listens to how we are doing each time and efficiently customizes our adjustments to our needs that week. She is extremely strong, works smartly (being a smaller person), and seems to know and use a variety of chiropractic technics to the best benefit (from a layperson’s point of view). The other Joint doctors are also great, we’re happy to see them and they’ve been very helpful as well. But honestly, as much as we can, we time our visits so that we can see Dr. Hodges.

Never a pleasant visit. Literally only come here if every where else is closed. They make me spend a half hour filling out a new sheet as a new customer but then charge me as a reaccuring customer instead of the consultation visit. So I spend forever filling out the consultation form then they don't even give me a consultation and charge me the full 40 instead of the 20 it should be. Idk why I even bother coming here. Every body here is rude any ways. No wonder they always have new workers every time I happen to come. Going from 100 percent chiropractor where they are amazing there to here is such a downgrade.

I’m new to Colorado Springs and I called several chiropractors seeing if they could get me in same day. One of the chiropractor places actually recommended The Joint saying they can see you just walk in. Thankfully he was correct and I got in right away to see Dr Will. I’ve been suffering with sciatic pain for 3 days and just couldn’t take it anymore. After a thorough evaluation I got an adjustment, told to rest and come back in two days. I’m already feeling better and the pain is relieved. So grateful there is a place like this where you can just walk in and be seen.

I went in today (on a Saturday) out of desperation because of pain in my neck, shoulder, & arm. This was my first visit at this location. Dr Hodges is wonderful. She was excellent in communication …and in asking questions to find a root cause. I was in tears from the pain. But, now I have happy tears from the relief. She is an angel. This morning, my lower back pinched a nerve. I was in some of the greatest pain I've ever felt. It was awful. Within 5 minutes from the time I arrived, Dr. Will took me in and adjusted my spine. I was able to walk in and get seen as soon as I finished my paperwork. The chiropractor took time to listen to a lot of my concerns and then did my adjustment. I had not been able to fully move my neck and have not been pain free in over two months. As soon as I was done I could move my neck and felt so great and relaxed when I left I was so happy! I actually called my husband on my way home and convinced him to go once I got home. He went and feels so much better as well! He’s talking about going back tomorrow already for the rest of his back and I will for sure be back on Sunday. We both signed up for the monthly plans as we were so sold after the first visit.

Today was the third time I went in to get adjusted this week for neck pain that I’ve been having. The past two visits I would leave feeling the exact same as when I walked. Today, the chiropractor did a pretty intense manual traction adjustment on my neck that caused severe pain. Several hours later, I am icing it and taking NSAIDs, but the pain is still really intense. I can say with 100% certainty that I am worse off for going to this place. I guess that’s what happens when you see a chiropractor for healthcare. If you have pain, go see an MD or a physical therapist who specializes in your type of pain. They charged my credit card I had on file on September 5th, although I canceled 15 days earlier in the month of August. I also had confirmation that they received my cancellation form the day I canceled. When I called back I was told they probably cannot refund the charge, and I wont even be able to use the services i was billed for. I have left voicemails and no response. I have to drive all the way over there today just because no one can call me back and its the 27th. Ridiculous.

I had a very bad experience. I had my appointment canceled right in front of my face. Showed up to my appointment on time, receptionist was on the phone for about 10 minutes. While I was waiting, a family had come out with the doctor and then the receptionist totally ignored me and if it wasn’t for the nice lady she would’ve just completely ignored me. When the receptionist had told me I was late and had to reschedule my appointment because there were many people waiting. I was very disappointed.

I have had a bad back since I was a teen. Worked retail and fast food all my life and so my back would get worse and worse every year. I'm at the point now where I know the exercises and stretches to keep my back pain to a tolerable level on a daily basis. I haven't had a major problem in about a year but Christmas Eve day I threw my back out changing my toddlers diaper. It was excruciating pain, I was crying out at every move, my hands were constantly shaking, it was bad. I knew I'd be in bad shape when my husband went back to work on Monday so I decided to come to The Joint. It was awesome. I got cracked and my pain is down to a managable level. They were all very nice and kind and even cracking jokes. (Get it- cracking lol) Anyways, it was an overall amazing experience and I will be going back for more adjustments. After this first experience, I'm confident my pain will continue to go down until it is non-existent. I mean I could walk out of there without wanting to cry after every step so it's a win. Just try it, it could mean a world of difference.

Overall experience is ok. Liked this place because I could just drop in when I wanted. However they don't do a full adjustment. They only work on problem areas. The main reason for the low rating is because of the expiration policy on purchased adjustments. I bought 6 adjustments in advance. I used 4 and then they expired. I assumed (my fault for that) that if I gave them money for 6 adjustments that's what I would get. I won't be going back.

Tried them out as my regular chiropractor recently changed their hours to the days/times I work. The receptionist was rude, but I figured she was having a bad day or something. Then my adjustment was very quick, quite uncomfortable, and felt like they tweaked a nerve. They pushed to get me on a regular schedule (some membership deal) which I passed on since the adjustment felt so off. I've been getting chiropractic care for 15 years so I know what it feels like and it's never felt like that. I had increasing pain and discomfort as well as daily headaches all the next week until I called my regular chiropractor who was nice enough to come in early to get me in before work. He was surprised to hear I had recently been adjusted, as everything was apparently very out of alignment. I'm not usually one to leave a negative review, but the whole experience was disappointing, impersonal, and painful. I really hope they're not messing up adjustments on purpose to get people to come back. The whole thing just screamed wrong from start to finish.

Facility is good. Doctors are good. Receptionist McKenna (not sure on spelling) is cold, lacks empathy, needs customer service training and should learn how to handle situations like an adult. I’ve spoken to the manager Sandy and she was able to help resolve my issue quickly. Unfortunately the promise she made me was not fulfilled. I want to give a higher review but since my favorite doctor (dr Zach) is gone I simply can’t. Nobody will tell me where he went or if he’s continuing chiropractics at a competitors location, and as a place of wellness, they should have no reservations against telling me since my wellness should be their top priority, even if it is no longer with them. This is just highly disappointing because me and my wife recommended 2 or 3 people to go here for Zach. And now that he’s gone they wish to no longer continue their membership with the joint. Again, I’m just very disappointed in the lack of communication and the lack of doctors left who are willing to go above and beyond for their patients.

Update . Three years ago I left five stars. I Went to them yesterday and I wouldn’t waste my money and go back there again. The chiropractor told me to pick either the top half or the bottom half to be adjusted so basically I paid for a full adjustment but I only got adjusted on one half of my body and then they want to sell you a package to come back. The adjustment was quick and harsh. I won’t be going back. I understand. They are very busy, but they shouldn’t be walk in, unless they have more than one chiropractor that can handle the business. If there wasn’t so many people in there, I probably would’ve walked out and not paid, but I didn’t wanna embarrass anybody.

The receptionist was not very pleasant at all, she left a bad taste in my mouth but it was a Saturday and I needed pain relief. The doctor himself was friendly but short during the evaluation and after the adjustment I felt a little better but by that evening everything hurt again when I go to my normal chiropractor I am good for two months or so. I went here out of desperation that I didn't want to be in pain until Monday when my normal doctor was available but I wish I had just waited.

To start off the receptionist was very rude on the few occasions that I went in. The last time despite the non personable attitude I was gunna sign up for the 4 times a month deal. They told me the price upfront an when I asked if that was all it would cost the lady agreed. Then when I gave her my debit card she said they would charge me for two months in advance so I declined to move forward because she did not disclose that originally. I spent maybe a total of maybe 3.5 minutes with the actual chiropractor and did not feel like I got the complete adjustment needed. The chiropractor was short with my concerns. I left there feeling tossed around and cheated for my money especially after the receptionist did not disclose the full package cost until after she was ready to swipe my card. Not sure about the other locations but this specific one has left me with a bad vibe the few times I have gone. I will not be returning the only reason why I did the last time was for the walk in convenance and location.

I was pleasantly surprised how the doctor was able to listen to my concerns of years of intermittent moderate pain in my lower back and then know exactly what to do to adjust my spine. I'm comfortably tending to my garden today pain free. In addition, the receptionist offers a high level of customer service and is an absolute pleasure.

Was seen by a younger doctor who hurt my upper back so badly that I yelped in pain. I asked the front desk for someone who is experienced with patients who have prior injuries and will be gentler, he was not and caused more pain after the visit. He also hurt my husband’s back, and later he (mu husband) had to return to see another doctor to undo what the first one did. Very dangerous if you get someone who liked to talk vs listen to the patient.

Been a member for several months now. Can’t beat the price, 4 times a month for $69, and only $10 after that. Only complaint is that sometimes the wait is too long, but if you pick the right times there is no wait at all. Each Dr. Has their own style, which I like. Very kind and welcoming front desk workers.

I love the Joint ! Dr. Dave need's to give Dr. Jay and Dr Will a raise. I have very complex issues with my occiput, atlas, and those two doctors know the right maneuvers to make me feel better immediately. They are a godsend. . Went in today to see Dr. Steele, and found out he has left the company :-( I gave Dr. Jay a try, and he is just as amazing as they are. He was very thorough, and relieved my pain and nausea immediately. I also like how they educate you on your condition, and how to prevent it in the future. So don't hesitate to ask questions. As in any medical office, they try to hire a diverse population of medical providers to suit everyones needs. I have been to all of the Joint offices in the Springs, and it took me a while to find the doctors that had the techniques suited for my problems. Overall, great value for the relief I get in return. Love this place !

This was my first time at a chiropractor and I wouldnt waste your money with this company or be tricked by there "new customer" special. Its ok for what you pay for. Some docs are fantastic and others not so much. The problem is you never know who you will get because all of the doctors rotate. Might be good might be bad, who knows just be sure to call ahead to find out who is working so you don't get stuck with one of the not so goods.. Overall, I like it.

If it weren't for Dr Dave this would have been one of the worst experiences of my life. I went in to get my neck cracked on a Saturday because my chiropractor was not in town. When I explained to the chiropractor what was going on he just looked at me and said so what you're saying is I'm just aspirin. At the time that he said this to me I was unable to move my head at all and was in excruciating pain. After talking to the manager I was informed he is only a part-time doctor that fills in from time to time still give very bad taste in my mouth about this place.

Scamming for an extra month Their "cancellation policy" for automatically charging your card on a monthly basis cannot be opted out of nor cancelled on the first day of opening an account with them. This would not be an issue if their cancellation policy did not also include a 30 day period before the cancellation takes effect; this means they are forcing you to pay an extra month longer than the original month to month they present you with. WHAT A SCAM! Additionally making you fill out a cancellation form, presumably in hopes that people don't turn it in (like mail in rebates) and they can just continue to scam off the CC auto-payments for services no longer being used. I only gave two stars because the doctors were pretty cool. The front desk was snooty and fake though, kept turning me away for coming in 30 minutes before they close so they can make sure they close on time (the only time I can make it during the week due to their hours); even though the first visit they stayed open to open my account and made it clear they never get out of here on time and "just close their doors at 7:00". I haven't tried any other Chiropractors, but will definitely be asking more detailed questions concerning their cancellation policy, because I don't remember any mention of this when I signed up!!

I am in my second year at the Stetson Hill Location i go once a week.No complaints until about 6 mo. Ago The doctor turnover has been high, and the wait times are getting 15-35 minutes at times. Most of the time there is only one doctor. I have brought this up when checking in a couple of times, most of the time the receptionist response is it was way busier earlier. I try to go on different says and varing times but that has not made a difference. The online check in app is no longer available. I hope to see a improvement very soon i have already started looking for other options.

I've been going to the joint for several years when the Centennial location was the only location in the Springs. I've never been disappointed in my treatment with any of the doctors here. What I love about the membership pricing is that you can use your visits anywhere in the country, and it's really reasonable compared to the traditional chiropractic office with insurance. Highly recommend!

Secretary is borderline rude. I was on there monthly plan, I froze the plan because I was out of state. I asked that they call be before the reactivated the account, they did, I asked them not to reactive and the very next I was charged anyway. When I called to have the charge removed I was told that was not possible. So since I paid for it I went, the person that adjusted me knew less about adjusting than I do. My neck was sore for days, she tried to adjust it 3 times and never got it to move. I have been going to chiropractors for 30 years, never once has my neck not been adjusted. I was worried I may come out paralyzed. It use to be a good place. Now you are lucky to come away uninjured. and the administration dept. is unhelpful and has a lot of attitude.

So I rated this business about 2 years ago on yelp!. I was so totally impressed with this company that I opened a yelp! account just to rate them and originally gave them a 5 star. I am sorry to say but they have taken one of the biggest nose dives I have seen to date. All of their good chiropractors have basically been forced out of their business due to the owners trying to make them sign a Non-Compete Agreement. Of course, this goes against state law as this is a right to work state but what I was told is that it wasn't worth the hassle of a law suit and being bogged down in it for many years. So, with that being said, I have seen most of their good chiropractors leave and unfortunately, their last good chiropractor left this past week. I really don't like bashing specific doctors and maybe you can find one you like there. But the business owners are only in this for the money and don't really seem to care about the client. Yes I know they are a business and need to make money but the way you treat you employees and your clients is going to be a determining factor in the quality of your business. I believe I will be ending my membership with them. It is a sad thing as I have really enjoyed the doctors over the past 3 years.

I consider it kind of the "Drive-through Chiropractor". Typically a quick in-and-out (which can be good if you just need a quick adjustment), without any bells and whistles like ice or e-stim, and your adjustment can vary somewhat significantly based on which doc you see. If you're unsatisfied on your first visit, don't give up, and if you love it, get their name and what times they are usually there. Overall, I still go semi-regularly because it's a great value/price, they're close to my house and open on Sundays.

I needed a great option so that I could afford and enjoy chiropractic through my whole pregnancy, every week. I have had Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction, that can get very painful, and chiro is the ONLY thing that has helped with the pain. I can NOT say enough good things out The Joint--and specifically Brennan, that guy needs a raise, :) I recommend this place to all of my friends who are 20-something and need to pay attention to their budget, but know their health will benefit from regular chiropractic care. I first started out going to the Joint location off Fillmore, and I was happy with what they offered, but when I found this location & Dr. Brennan, I was sold on that being "my location," and I always go when he is available. Dr. Chuck was aggressive, which I appreciated (especially since I'm pregnant & it seems some chiro's want to treat me a little too delicately & I don't get the adjustment I really need to feel better) but his bedside manner was pretty bad. He did not seem to care much about me personally, and ignored my son which is very much of a downside for any mom. Brennan regularly has conversations with me AND treats my son with kindness (he's 2.5 years old), and keeps up with what's going on with my pregnancy--and tonight he adjusted my feet/ankles hoping that might help spur my birth forward. :) Hope it works! Anyhow, with their payment plans that make weekly visits very affordable, and great staff, this is a wonderful place!

Great doctors with little to no wait, walk-in whenever you need it. We went here for 7 months then took a break due to some travels. Today I was going to try out some other chiropractors in my area. I stopped by six, they were not open. Called a seventh, they couldn't get me in at a time that worked. So I drove to the Joint and restarted my membership. I had a great adjustment in a few minutes and now I am pain free. What was I thinking going elsewhere anyway??

Wow so upset with how Susan at the front desk acted at the Stetson Hills location. Talk about unprofessional. Disappointingly I feel like taking all of my accounts someplace else. Shame on you Susan. If you dont like dealing with customers in a courteous and professional way..go work someplace else. This location has always been fantastic until dealing with you and the chiropractor on duty today. He didnt even bother to help the situation by just sitting there and saying nothing. Brennan and Ryan are fabulous and you two just left a nasty feeling about this location.
