Would definitely not recommend... guy literally did 30 seconds of work on me and then said "let's set you up on a plan"... like their whole goal is to just lock you in... they don't seem to have any idea how to human body functions... the muscles aren't tense because things are out of place things are out of place because they are tense... seriously they are like the pushy vacuum salesmen... they dont listen what so ever... they just want to sign people up on these plans... i mean if they acted like they cared for me as a person and not a wallet I may have fell for the trap... they are like the timeshare of the chiropractic world.

Because it was my first visit I can’t give a five. I felt pretty good, some soreness after a little while (expected), trying the heat and ice and will see tomorrow what it feels like. BEWARE: They will get you to trust them. Staff convinced me to sign up for 3 months at $99 per month (I paid closer to $130 for the first month) and assured me I needed to come back to be aligned 3-4 x per month. I signed a 3 month contract, and they continued charging my account past 3 months. I paid over $400 for 3 10 minute sessions. When I spoke to the office they said I needed to come in to cancel. They didn't mention that when they sold me this, over-priced, mediocre service. BEWARE: The Joint will tell you what they want you to hear and leave out the "fine print". DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I lost all of my HSA contributions to The Joint.

I've been to my share of chiropractic practices and have not always had the best experience. Just had my first session at the Joint off of Nevada and I'm blown away. It started with Kayla at the front desk being so very helpful and fully explaining everything, then i got to meet Dr Jim. I suffer from a lot of issues but migraines and upper back and shoulder issues is what brought me in today. Dr. Jim took the time to actually listen to me first, not just tell me what is going to happen. He then took my concerns and issues and build a session around that and not just some pre-determined routine. I came in with a migraine and left without one. He is the headache master. the main thing i appreciated was that he took the time with me. Something that is so rare these days.

The Joint at University Village gets five stars. I go on Saturday specifically to see Dr. Anamaris, who is absolutely excellent. Within a month she cleared up my persistent SI joint pain, and I no longer have any pain in my lower right side. I had been dealing with this for years and with other chiropractors (not The Joint) but would only get a few days of relief. I had started to think it would just be a way of life. Once Dr. Anamaris entered the chat, the issue has been resolved. And she has a friendly, fun personality, as well. Tyler, the receptionist, is efficient, too. And I sure do appreciate the open 7 days a week for many hours a day. High recommendation!

*GOOD REVIEW FOR A REASON* Alright so initially my review was bad because the first visit was terrible and the Dr. (Don't know his name but it was an old man) Barely worked on me and made me worse and sales pitched me and talked down. *BUT* when they heard about my bad experience they asked me to explain and they felt terrible that my needs weren't met at all and gave me a complimentary visit to make up for it so I have them another chance. Dr. Anamaris asked me questions and listen attentively, and thoroughly examed me and adjusted me exactly how I needed a d sent me home with instructions for deinflamation and stretches. I'm glad to know that this company actually does care about their patients.

Horrible company. Will literally lie to your face about policies and sign you up for adjustment plans and charge you for them even if you haven’t used them. I needed a one time adjustment today, six months since I had seen them last and had a $55 balance on my account. This was for an adjustment I hadn’t used because my Dr. said it would make my condition worse. The manager said my adjustment plan was waived and I had nothing to worry about. I went in today and would have had to pay nearly $100 just to be seen. I now have to go an entire weekend in pain to see an honest chiropractor.

Dr. Brian was very accommodating today. I have only been seeing a chiropractor for about a month and a half. Since I started coming to this location. I’m a bit older so I have lots of issues. My back my wrists my feet. He worked on all trouble areas and got results. Some spots will need more work, but he was real good And I appreciate it. Tyler Always has a smile and is always very helpful and has great advice and information. He’s refreshing to see at the front counter.

Dr. Brian and Tyler are the reason I keep coming back to for treatment. For years I've had rotated hips which resulted in muscle imbalances, severe headaches and back pain. Even after aligning my hips, the issues persisted. I met Dr. Brian and the 1st thing I said was 'my head feels like it weighs 40 lbs please help.' I instantly felt better after the corrections and, following his advice, I continued to return as often as I could for treatment and noticed my headaches general pain became less severe and less frequent. Several months later I feel like my body has re-aligned.

I wish I could give Tyler 5 stars and Brian 1 star. Tyler the receptionist was amazing, super personable and helpful with anyone who walked in and out of the office. I have been to the Chiropractor for over 10 years and really needed assistance with reoccurring rib displacement. I’ve never experienced an adjustment like Brian gave… it felt very irratic. Like I was being hit randomly. It was unlike the past 10 years of intentional movement that quickly relieves my pain. Brian was not warm in presence and felt like a sales pitch and he wasn’t going to actually help. I actually felt he was rude. I am someone who absolutely could have been convinced to commit to regular visits but my back, head, and arm numbness feels worse than it did before visiting. Worst experience I’ve had and a waste of money. Hopefully the other chiropractors are better but I did not enjoy work from Brian.

I live down in Fountain and I drive all the way up to this clinic where Dr. Brian works because I’m never been cracked and so well on my shoulders they have been tight since I started with you guys and no one ever has adjusted them the way Brian does I’ve been to many different chiropractors with Joint and by far Dr. Brian is the best I’ve ever had and I hope you guys keep him for a long time because if you keep him, I will stay with joint as long as he’s here. I can’t see anybody else but him he’s so good and Tyler is so nice working in the front desk. They both are such an amazing team and I just love joint. I didn’t care for this chiropractor. 1. Going in and getting adjusted felt more like I was being beat up vs. getting adjusted. 2. It felt like I was being rushed through my adjustment with very little discussion as to how I was feeling. 3. Finding physical therapy solutions online were more helpful and effective. 4. When you sign up for treatments, you are signing up for monthly payments. I was charged $79 twice before I realized this was being done. When I asked for a refund I was denied and offered more services. No thanks! I would find another provider if I were you.

Worst chiropractor Ive ever been to. Horrible management that does not communicate at all and change accounts behind your back without a word. If you ever are in the hospital and have to take break, She will get mad. If you try to make appointments, not available. Chiropractors are a revolving door as they claim they dont get paid enough or proper hours. Therefore, a lot of times I go in I pay full and get a really crappy job done that is a waste of time and money by someone who is rushed and unhappy. Ive been going here a couple years and it's literally getting worse. A couple walked in before my husband and I and they are new. Why do I have to wait for them? I was told they need to sit 40 minutes while filling out paperwork and chiropractor is doing nothing then I have to wait another 30 minutes for them to be seen before me. All other times I was able to see the chiropractor while new customers are filling out paperwork as it does take a while. Why is it walk in but wait time starting out is a hour and a half and there's only 2 ppl in front of me and chiropractor not busy? I pay monthly to be coming here and the past multiple months I cant even get in a single time because the staff is low and there's a huge wait time and I cant schedule a appointment im just forced to sit around and if you work a lot like me then that's not possible which is why I came here in the first place because you claim to be fast appointment walk ins. The scheduling is everywhere. I cant even get my visits consistent if ever anymore.

I do not appreciate Andrew’s review. I have been seeing Dr. Brian for almost 4 months. I suffer with extreme vertigo and his expertise as a chiropractor has done what the medical doctors could not. He is extremely professional and his adjustments have improved my quality of life. The vertigo is 100% improved.

Do not let Dr Brian adjust you. I went in on September 10th and he completely messed me up. He wears mechanic gloves so he cannot feel your spine properly. It has been almost 2 weeks and my quality of life has gone downhill since he adjusted me. I went to another joint facility and when they looked up who adjusted me they were not surprised that it was him. He should not be a chiropractor. The joint gave me 3 free adjustments to help fix what he did but it has not helped. I will give the joint manager Katie Teel 5 stars. She has been very helpful on correcting the issues that came from my visit. She is very professional and understanding. You can tell that she really cares.

My hip was hurting, pinching my sciatic nerve, so i stopped in with their 29.99 new patient walkin special. Filled out paperwork. Waited maybe 7 mins and then it was my turn. Did an alignment check and then started to align my hips and back. It sounded like my back was making little batches of popcorn. Going back Monday after work for more hip and back aligning.

Don’t ever go here. The service is terrible. Staff is not helpful and the subscription policy is extremely greedy. They charged me for one month of subscription even though I already freeze my account. Tried to contact the manager so many times for a refund since I didn’t use the service at all for the month they charged me. The manager offered 4 complimentary visits. However in order to use those 4 visits you have to pay another month with them. So I couldn’t get a refund or use those 4 visits that that manager offered. Instead I have to pay more to use them. I don’t see why I have to pay for the service if I don’t use it. Also the manager is never at the office. Was never able to talk face to face to them. The receptionists know nothing about these policies. They’re making this way too hard to communicate with them. The more you talk to them the more you don’t want to come back to this place. I don’t know if this is a manager’s issue with this location or their policy, but overall, staff was very unhelpful and terrible customer service. Joint is a nationwide corporate, this is very disappointing.

I went to the Joint on Nevada ave N. Saw Dr Brian. Wish I could take him home to Savannah, Ga with us. Best adjustment I have gotten in a long time. I came here because my friend loved it but all he did was Touch my back (LITERALLY) told me I had inflammation and told me I needed to come back once a day. No adjustment done and then caught an attitude when I was like no thank you as he tried to upsale me to get a package. He literally told me “ you paid for nothing “ and that he dont know why I expected a quick fix, which I didnt but I expected SOMETHING. Waste of time and money.

Edit - I continue to get top notch service at the Joint. Dr. Brian's adjustments have relieved a significant amount of pain in my neck and back. I more active then I have been in years. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and understanding, the chiropractor was not. Didn't catch his name but he was very unprofessional. He talked over me several times, complained at nauseum about the previous patient, so much so that he had to walk out to take a breather because he was so irritated with her and then was incredibly pushy about the payment plan. Chiropractor also refused to even acknowledge the problem area despite my pleas. Overall, not a good first experience and will be taking my business elsewhere next time

4.5 stars for the actual treatments 5 stars for Josie the receptionist. the adjustments definitely felt great getting them but It didn’t really “fix” my lower back issues for more then a day. I know they aren’t supposed to diagnose you , but I would think after several treatments they might suggest something else ? Just my thoughts . Anyways , came into cancel right before they went off to lunch , since I didn’t use it . I called to see if I could bribe anyone to stay for a minute over the time to help me cancel the account because I live very far and had just finished with a drs apt down the street . I have struggled with vertigo for two years before meeting Dr. Greg at the Joint Chiropractic. He was able to fix my vertigo issue immediately after one adjustment. 10/2/25. Dr. Brian did it again today! His adjustments and style make for an amazing experience and had me leaving pain free. Jay, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful. I will always come to see Dr. Brian and the team! Went in today 5/2/25 and was seen by Dr. Brian. This is the first time I have seen him at this location (been coming to this location weekly for about a year). I have tried other locations as well trying to find the right doc for me. I hope they keep Dr. Brian at this location from here on out. He has the ability to address every issue through technique and not just through brute strength, applying the minimum force necessary to achieve the adjustment. Should he need it, he can apply much more pressure or force, but assesses the required adjustment and applies appropriate force intentionally and accurately. Hopefully he stays at this location for a long while. Sam, at the reception desk was also very professional and welcoming.

I signed up for the initial 2 months. After a month I filled out all the paperwork to cancel the membership after the 2nd month. Close to the end of the 2nd month I received a reminder text to come in and visit. I asked when my membership was up so I knew how many more visits I had. The guy I spoke with said that I would have to come in and fill out paperwork to get my membership cancelled. I told him I had already done all that. After he looked into it he let me know that it was their mistake and I had May 24th and May 25th for my last visits. I showed up on the 25th and scanned my card. The girl at the front brought me over new patient paperwork to fill out. I explained to her that I’m already a client and the guy I spoke to yesterday said that today would be my last adjustment. She only said that I don’t have a membership there. I left the building very frustrated with my experience and did not receive my adjustment. Mainly the low stars are for the incompetence at the front desk. Most of the adjustments were good. UPDATE: The management contacted me about my experience. They were very empathetic and apologetic about the situation and said that they will fix the issues internally. They also gave me a refund for the miscommunication. They made it clear that they were going to work with the individual who was my main contact regarding my membership.

Just saw Dr. Brian at the N Nevada Ave location and was so impressed. Was having back pain and areas on my spine were sore to touch. I did not need to tell him where it hurt. It was a Saturday morning and I threw out my back trying to lift something heavy. I wouldn't have been able to wait a few days to get into my regular chiropractor and was looking for a place that could get me in right away. It was SO easy at The Joint. I walked in and was able to get adjusted almost immediately and the doctor was very friendly as well. I was feeling better right way and knew this would help me heal faster, too. It's so convenient, not having to make an appointment, and I'll definitely be going back.

Family and I in town for a hockey tournament and my 15y/o brother forgot his scan card and doesn’t have an id. The very kind receptionist began looking up the account manually to try and assist us. Immediately a female chiropractor informed her that she was not allowed to look up accounts without an id or scan card so we offered the id of the parent on the account that pays the subscription and she informed us that she would not treat him unless we presented some sort of id or the scan card for the 15 y/o. The chiropractor proceeded to loudly tell the resectionist “It doesn’t matter if they get mad”. We managed to get his scan card so he could be treated, the chiropractor still questioned him about who he was when he went back even though she was present when we provided his name, scan card and he was the only patient in the building being treated. She treated him for a whole 90 seconds while lecturing about coming in more frequently to “prevent damage to his growth plates”. The treatment was rushed and the experience was awful, it fails in comparison to other Joint locations. Never have we been rushed out of a joint location or had a chiropractor so insistent on denying treatment. It’s clear to me after this experience and reading other reviews that this location lacks the integrity, professionalism and patience needed to provide quality care. Two other people came in right behind us and the chiropractor also tried to deny them care in the same unprofessional and negative manner. I understand that there are rules and procedures in place to prevent others from using memberships that don’t belong to them however the chiropractor was negative, rude and unwilling to assist from the beginning. We had all of the account information and his father with id who is the account holder. We will probably need to visit a chiropractor again during this trip since the treatment was so rushed but we’ll definitely go to a different chiropractor . UPDATE: A representative reached out and apologized for the situation and stated that disciplinary actions were taken to correct the situation.

I’ve never felt so rushed and ignored by a chiropractor before as I have there. I was in severe pain and decided to try them out. I would consider myself lucky if the chiropractic adjustment lasted more than 60 seconds Before being sent out the door. I feel like if they could get away with doing even less they would. I went in for an SI joint And could hardly walk to them, make one or two very minor adjustments to my back. When getting up off the table once They asked if I felt any better. I told him no and was told to go walk it off.. It wasn’t until I came in and told them I wasn’t going to come back unless they were going to spend some time trying to provide me with some relief. It wasn’t until then that they actually somewhat seemed to care. I’m guessing at that point because they were More concerned about missing out on more money as opposed to helping a patient get better. I really believe this company will milk you for everything they can. On top of that I stopped going and they still try to charge me monthly Charges…

I went to this location to get adjusted. The doctors I’ve seen previously have all been the only ones that have been able to adjust me well without using a Y strap. I have to drive out of my way to get to this location. There was not a receptionist working today. The doctor said he was not able to see me because I was not a subscription customer. That he did not have time to try to take a payment. I asked if I could just pay with cash or leave a card as I drove out of my way to get adjusted. He said that doesn’t work go to another location and just blew me off and walked away. I couldn’t believe the level of how unprofessional and rude that was. Not to mention the other customers waiting in the lobby just dropped their jaw in disgust and said wow. Which was my exact mirror reaction. I understand people get busy but he might as well have spit in my face before walking off like he did.

I have a lot of neck and back issues. When I came here I could barely turn my head due to a pinched nerve and inflammation. Immediately better after first visit. Some soreness but that's to be expected. About 2 weeks in, going twice a week my inflammation was gone. Now it's just upkeep. Dr.John always does an awesome job. When areas are tender he adjusts technique. Goes slowly and talks you through everything. We also saw Dr. Tiffany, completely different style but we didn't feel the same results after. Nothing wrong with her, just everyone has their preferences. Reception is always awesome aswell.

The doctors are amazing at this location, as are the receptionists. I really appreciate the drop tables, especially when a full back cracking would be too much. The doctor on Tues/Thurs does amazing work on the drop table but when I want a traditionally adjustment, Dr. John is incredible!

Dr. Tiffany has always been great! She listens to me and tries new things every time I’m there. I go to the Centennial location just for her. She uses the drop table that is more gentle for patients that don’t enjoy being twisted and turned into a pretzel.

I just want to start off by saying everyone that I encountered was really nice. However, the first visit I had here I was pretty sore the next day but the nerve pain I was experiencing did subside after going here. My second visit here I told the Dr. that my problem area was from my finger joints to my glenohumeral (including wrists and elbows that I pointed to all of it) but the Dr. didn’t adjust any of the problem areas I pointed to and just did my back.. I just asked not to have my neck done because I’m still nervous when it comes to getting adjusted. Just disappointed I didn’t get my problem addressed. Would recommend for back pain though!

Went in for an appointment for a great deal of pain in my shoulders and they had me fill out some stuff digitally and it kept messing up and I was asked to go back and fill it out again more than once. Just couldn't stand there anymore and I decided to not take the appointment. Wasn't personal I just value my time and I was in entirely too much pain to mess around with a tablet in hopes that it would work right.

After 2 months of going in for an adjustment I couldn’t make it to the clinic because of health issues I called the clinic 2 months in a row and asked to cancel u was told to come in I informed the representative I was talking to that I couldn’t make it in anymore I was told to come in After the 3rd month of charges I call again this time I was emailed a form to cancel and cancel on the spot I asked for a refund of the months I’d been calling and ask to cancel I was told “Hi Oldan! I have spoken to my manager about your refund request and unfortunately we will not be able to refund you at this time due to two Wellness Coordinators informing you on 10/16/22 that you will need to come into the clinic to sign a cancellation form at least 2 days prior to your cycle date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused..” WHY WAS I NOT EMAILED THE FORM ON THE FIRST REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION

Amazingly experience. First time I was visiting this practice. On vacation and having lower back pain, I decided to try this location in the hope of some relief. I have a regular chiropractor where I live and was super impressed with Dr. John and did find almost instantaneous relief after treatment. He adjusted me in ways my doctor has not and I'm seriously thinking of switching to this company that will soon be opening a location in my home town. Thank you Dr. John!

Worst Joint in the city! It’s impossible to know what times or days it will be open. Some days they open hours later than expected or don’t open at all. Their only response to not opening or opening very late was, “there are other Joints in town, so you can still go to those”. Most everyone has a schedule, so an additional 20-45 minutes of wasted time usually doesn’t fit into it. This Joint did used to be great, but has become an almost nonexistent place over the last few months I wouldn’t advise this Joint to anyone! Edit after response from The Joint: I’ve emailed several times since the 18th and 20th. Only response was that they would pass on the info. When calling I was told you closed for 2 weeks but many others and myself waited outside for long periods of time with no response or any sort of sign letting people know you were closed. You sure spout off a great deal of sweet words (and complete bulls**t) with no intention of actually caring. It’s mind blowing how you can stay open with this kind of customer support. Wait, I did get charged another month cause I couldn’t cancel over the phone but your location wasn’t open! Staying open via theft? Must be doing well for yourselves

I went in for back pain and told them I have problems with my lower back. I asked if they wanted x-rays to see what I was talking about. The lady that helped me said she needs no such thing she knows what she is doing. So she lays me on the table and messes up my sciatica nerve. Couldn't walk right for two weeks and limited my job performance. Never went back again. The lady told me in the start of this that it would be $79 a month for two months. Not a bad deal. Haven't been back since they messed my back up and they continue to charge my card.

I have been to many chiropractors at the joint and elsewhere. Dr. Michelle is hands down the best I have ever had. She cracks the neck infinitely better than anyone else and cracks the entirety of the back vs. just the upper portion of the back. Lastly, I was having pain from my lower back down my legs which I thought was sciatic related. Instead, she put pressure on my psoas (which I had never heard of before) and I'm better than I have been in, no kidding, 2 years. Much appreciation for what she has done for me!

I’ve gone to other Joint Chiropractic and this is the best. Dr. Michele does the CERVICAL TRACTION which is what ive been looking for. I finally found someone that can pull my neck and feel like they adjusted my whole spine down to my tail bone. I came out feeling amazing after a long time!! I recommend letting her do this technique its the best!!! Its my 1st time in this location. Dr. John is the man. I go to see him at least twice a week. He always takes time to make sure he addresses all my needs and ailments. It been a big improvement since the end of the lock down. So I amended my last post... Been a major supporter since it started but lately it's become harder and harder to get someone to answer the phone. Even though it's now appointment only. Dont know if I'm spelling the name right but since Kaili left it's been horrible. Multiple calls with no answer on a regular. I enjoy the service. Customer service is garbage as of late.

"as I walk through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome. The front receptionist was so sweet loving and kind they helped you with all your questions. Dr Courtney was wonderful she listened to all my concerns about my hurts and my pains, she explained to me in detail the skeleton pelvis sciatica nerve situation. she proceeded to line me up and take care of me this was my first time ever at a chiropractor's in my life I left feeling like a brand new person happy I'm going to be returning once a week to have doctor Courtney adjust me. They got me right in with an appointment. I was very impressed how they followed all the protocols. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. He told me in advance what to expect. I had a migraine for two weeks and now 30 hours later I still don’t have a headache it feels so much better. I read the reviews before I went. I did sign up for one of their programs. Everything was clearly stated in the paperwork and I felt comfortable signing it and believe it to be a really good deal. I have compared it with others.

just called in to confirm my appointment time, at 4:30. the phone rang 3 times and then went to voicemail. repeated the call two more times and got voicemail at different intervals. any call after this went straight to voicemail, and it was only 4:36 at this point. lazyness. maybe you should hire some people that dont unplug your phones 30 minutes before closing time. not to worry however, i'll be sure to let the GM know.

I am VERY displeased and upset with the JOINT on Centennial in Colorado Springs. I RARELY write bad reviews. The chiropractors themselves are fine, however, the program they have not properly trained their staff to explain the program. My son signed up for the program in July. I used my HSA card and was there when the receptionist told both of us that in order to cancel all he had to do was call them within the last 30 days of the program he signed up for and they would be able to cancel the program. I confirmed it with her TWICE. Needless to say, he called and told them he wanted to cancel which the same receptionist said she would take care of it. Come October, my card was charged TWICE. He once again called them and there were no charges in November, so we thought it was taken care of. THEN in December, my card was charged, AGAIN on the 17th. He called and they told him they needed cancellation in writing. He signed the papers and sent it back to them via e-mail. On the 24th my card was charged AGAIN. Needless to say, I have frozen my card and was going to report them to the BBB, but they are not accredited. Next step will be contacting my attorney as these people are taking advantage and giving false information.

Wow. I come here 4 times a month because I’m on the wellness plan, been for a good couple months now, usually go to the one on powers but came here and the lady that was working today 6/18/19 at around 3 was just a waste of time and had no customer service skills. Didn’t say hello didn’t say how are you just asked “do you need to check in” after I waited while she’s conversating with someone else. And after that she tells me to pay 39$ for a walk in. “????? I’m on the wellness plan?” *goes back on her computer for further investigation* then tells me they didn’t charge me this month and by this point I was already frustrated because she’s being rude and I just started to leave saying I’ll come back another time. I leave and check my bank and she had charged me!! Without my permission and without verifying. I walked out and she still charged me for the month, I didn’t even get an adjustment. Just a bad experience and makes me not want to come back! But guess I have to since the lady charged me. I would have a serious talk with that lady before you start losing customers to her

I used to go to a D.O. to get adjusted and the crook charged me $200.00 for each adjustment (not including my co-pay)! I love the convenient hours and the location. All of the Doc's are personable and knowledgeable. I haven't seen Doctor Drew or Doctor Brennan in awhile. I usually see Dr. Brian. The support staff are terrific! LOVE THIS PLACE!

This place is the most morally contemptible place of business that I have ever visited in my 50 years as an adult. They will not do business with people who are 65 years or older. You can't beat this place! Quality care and an awesome price. My old Chiropractor used to charge me $40 every time, just to adjust my neck! I was spending about $160 a month. I had a GREAT first time experience at The Joint (Centennial & Fillmore location) after not going to a chiropractor for over 3 years & then pulling my neck out of whack this week. First of all, they're open until 4pm on Saturdays and you don't need an appointment, which is awesome! Then the guy at the front desk was so nice and welcoming and made the intake paperwork (you only have to do the 1st time) super easy. It really seemed like he genuinely enjoys his job and believes in the service they provide. He talked to me in a way that didn't feel like just "small talk", but like he actually cared about how my day had been going. Such a nice change from so many doctors offices that treat you like a number & ask for your insurance before they ask your name. Then I was seen immediately and the doctor was was very down to earth, making it easy to talk to about the problems I've been having. I've had some bad chiropractor experiences, but this doctor was extremely professional and found all of my problem spots that needed adjusted. He took the time to make sure all of my issues were addressed, even the pain in my thumb/palm that I've had for years and never thought would feel better. My back/neck/wrists/hips feel the best they've felt it years! What was really nice was at the end they didn't pressure me to make any purchases or commit to any additional follow ups, just gave me a recommendation and the information I need so I can make my own choices. It is because of all these reasons that I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending this clinic to everyone!
