Unfortunately this was a great place until corporate greed took over. Sadly, I went out of the country for severe health reasons, and even though joint chiropractic knew that I would be gone and unreachable for over three months, they did not tell my husband who they know may have this account information, even though he was an active client there that my credit card needed to be renewed (not private information, And this could’ve been resolved easily had they taken the time or been willing to let him know so he could fix this problem immediately ) They allowed the time to pass to ensure the lapse of my payment flex plan. When I returned just a few days after the three month “ Deadline” They refused to reinstate the program I had and thus to be able to then charge many times the amount it originally cost me for the same care out of corporate greed. They care nothing for their patients past how much money they can make off of them now. So sad how a decent company has fallen to the greed of corporate policy. You have lost a loyal client of many years.

Dr Ian Eshbaugh is an amazing chiropractor! I have been seeing him for about 2 years now. He is very kind and pleasant to chat with. But most importantly he listens and he will try multiple adjustment techniques if something isn't working. I have lots of issues with my neck and hips from multiple injuries and lots of muscle imbalance and disfuction. After trying a few techniques, he found the the adjustments give me the most relief. Along with PT and massages, Dr Ian has been in integral part of my progress towards healing my long term injuries. I don't live near Castle Rock or Thornton (where he works most Fridays), but I drive down to see him almost every week. I have tried seeing other chiropractors near me, and although that do a good job, they aren't able to help my neck and hip release the way Dr Ian can. So I often end up going to see Dr Ian after that. I also want to mention that I think The Joint Chiropractic has very reasonable prices and they offer monthly rates and discounted adjustment packages.

Told them I would be out of town and wanted to freeze my account, they didn’t honor that and told me I had to sign a form but since the girl at the front desk never gave me one I’m out the monthly fees and can’t use my paid visits due to being out of town. Visited due to upper back pain and the Chiropractor that I normally would see is out of town. Overall it was as expected as a first time patient. In and out with adjustment in about a hour. They do push their memberships but aren’t overly aggressive about it. And if you visit a Chiropractor regularly it’s actually a decent price of about $22 a visit for the more expensive one.

As one who has seen a Chiropractor quite regularly, I can say I was not impressed with my recent visit. I usually avoid the Joint if I can. This is mainly due to having a regular chiropractor and that with the Joint, you usually don't get the full body treatment. Well the most recent visit, the doctor on site was more concerned about me getting a package deal vs actually adjusting and taking care of issues. Not a great way of doing business if you ask me. To say the least I would not recommend this location

I had an “adjustment” for hip pain while visiting Florida. Since then, 2-3 months ago, it has gotten worse, then more worse. Now it hurts to walk. (I was running 3+ miles per day before this). I finally stopped in to The Joint and was worked on. Michael took the time to ask questions, seek clarification, and really tried to understand what was bothering me. He adjusted me after several minutes of hip and leg Range Of Motion exercises, then retested. He made some additional adjustments. He proceeded to check the rest of the spine and made some adjustments to my neck area. When I got up, IT DIDNT HURT TO WALK !!!! He warned me that it would likely tighten up again (and it has) but I could even walk down the stairs like normal as opposed to the double stepping I’ve been doing the past couple of months . I bought a monthly package and can’t wait to go back! That sweet taste of relief was so tasty!!!

So the front desk ladies were super nice, the chiropractors were effective, but the but the business, and the way they treat customers is deceitful and manipulate. They ensured me I could pay for one month, and left clauses in the "terms and conditions" That basically intended to force me to pay for another month, and stole 1 of my 4 already paid appointments. Don't utilize this service. There are so many better ones.

I am 39 weeks pregnant and specifically came in asking if they work with pregnant women. I was told yes by the receptionist. I went back to see the doctor and was immediately asked if I could lay on my stomach. It is really concerning that I would even be asked that question at 39 weeks pregnant and I apparently should’ve just left then and there. I told him no. He then said he didn’t really know what he could do if I can’t lay on my stomach. The doctor then spent several minutes chatting with me and having me perform pointless pushing and pulling exercises, and after reiterated there was nothing he could really do since I can’t lay on my stomach, and I need to just have the baby for my pain to stop. He then proceeded to try and sell me one of their packages (why in the world would I buy a package after that experience??) When I was checking out I made it clear to the receptionist that I was not purchasing a package and I was not interested in hearing about them, but she insisted on telling me about them anyway which came off as very rude and disrespectful of my time. If the doctor really can’t work on pregnant patients, some further education is likely necessary. An honest business practice would have been for him to tell me off the bat that he couldn’t help and send me on my way. Instead, he did absolutely nothing for me, still charged me $45, then his receptionist insisted on trying to scam me into purchasing a package. $45 is a hefty fine for a 5 minute conversation. Absolutely do not come here if you are pregnant.

Dr. Hansen is the most educated, compassionate, humble, inspiring professional in the wellness industry that I have met. My experience from The moment I was introduced to the company I felt welcomed beyond by the whole team and educated on a deep level of wellness, how they could help me why it was important, etc. Whenever you go into the location, They know you by name, are very warm and welcoming. They keep a detailed note What you have shared with them and how they can support you in it. They have an engagement area for children while you’re being adjusted and I even recieved a handwritten note in the mail welcoming me to the team. I never leave reviews this long but Dr. Hansen and the staff there that I experienced deserves it and I hope they all get recognition for being the best in the industry. From my experience, every person is treated at the highest level. Oh, also, of course, Chiropractic care is almost never cheap, but they provide many different options for every individual to Make their care attainable.

I was having horrible neck pain for months. One day I just couldn’t take the pain anymore and my headache was excruciating! I decided to call and then said I can just walk in for an adjustment on my lunch break! Catey at the front desk was so kind and friendly! She really made a great impression on this place. The chiropractor really seemed to care about my pain. He listened to all my concerns and did an adjustment on the 1st visit! I literally walked out of there with no neck pain anymore!! He was so helpful I ended up signing up for a monthly membership! I went to a chiropractor years ago and this place was already a better experience on the 1st visit. Went again yesterday and this has been the best I’ve felt in awhile. Literally haven’t had a headache since. Can’t recommend this place enough! Catey really helped with all the questions I had too about the financial commitment of the membership. She was just so sweet! Definitely worth checking out this place if you have horrible headaches and neck pain.

Using this office for years with my scoliosis problems, chiropractors change as years pass by but I always get a good adjustment. Charging my card despite canceling and not coming in for months. So disappointed. They make you come in to sign a form and want you to prove you cancelled if THEY failed to upload it. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS PRACTICE. UPDATE AS OF 05OCT22: I have spoken with their Castle Rock office multiple times. After being hung up on and MANY TERSE email responses from someone at their office who never signed a salutation to know who it is (although I can suspect who by the dictation) I called the office in Denver at University Hills to see if I can get a hold of Dr. Bryan Foss, who I was informed was the owner of this franchise but I was refused the information of when he would be in clinic so I could discuss this with him myself. The woman at the University Hills office was much kinder in her responses and said I should have been offered the email form from the beginning and not been made to come in twice to sign the form electronically nor been instructed to turn in a physical form as well. I had her look back at the charges as well as when I was last seen. The person accused me of ignoring multiple emails when I was only given the one email in which I physically took the form down myself and turned it in as this was THE THIRD TIME I was trying to cancel and had been charged now two months in excess when I was in a post operative period and could not physically stand on my foot. Horrible way to do business and highly disappointed with this generic Google review response that thinks I haven’t already tried to resolve this otherwise. UPDATE 26FEB23: Multiple calls to both original and Denver locals. No resolution or this. No calls returned. Only promises to look into and no resolution.

I am a disabled Vet that has been dealing with chronic back pain due to an injury I sustained while on active duty for more than 28 years. I went today to get an adjustment today and had an awful interaction with Dr Parham who was working. When he was checking me in I mentioned that I was not a fan of chiropractic because of a terrible experience I'd had in the past but my prior first visit there was good so I came back. He then asked why I was there and I said to get an adjustment. He then proceeded to tell me how rude I was which totally took me off guard as I was not rude at all. He said you said you're not a fan of chiropractors to which I said yes because of a past experience and he again said I was rude. I disagreed with him and he told me I should go because he's done this for 37 years and and didn't appreciate my comment. I said my comment was to let you know about my bad experience and not against him. I told him this was absolutely awful behavior from a medical professional and that I would be leaving to which he said that I should. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Dr. Tiffany in Castle Rock is my absolute favorite. She has an amazing technique and I've had real improvement with her. I love that I can go to other locations and see other chiropractors. The only thing that Im worried about is that one day I will come in, and Dr Tiffiny will be gone. All have been great, but her discipline fits me to the tee. She is AWESOME. Shane, DR Chafa, Justin (4 years ago, Aurora), are the only ones who could adjust my neck. The rest were good, but did not know how my neck works. Tiffany and Dr Chafa know their stuff. So, hope she sticks around. Tiffany is AWESOME. Totally gifted. Now, let me add, I'm 65 and can hardly crawl out of bed in the morn. Bathroom and Kitchen remodel. A total body abuser.

I have been in extreme pain the past 3 days. My body took a beating while moving out of our home. I saw Courtney today and she was so kind, caring and gentle. I Have been going to different chiropractors For over 20 years. I really like the ease of making appointments at the joint Chiropractic. I live only 5 miles away and it's easy to pop in either during my lunch or after work. The chiropractors there are very easy to talk to and are very good with their adjustments and addressing all my concerns. Their monthly plan means that each Chiropractic visit for me is cheaper than using my insurance co-pay for Chiropractic care elsewhere. I will keep coming to the joint for my adjustments

Was completely lied to was told if I sign up for their plan that I got four free visits with it when I try to use those visits they told me I had to buy another whole months worth before I could even use the free ones I had got for signing up! Also when I tried to just pay for one visit for today I was told I could not do that either..... when I tried to explain myself the lady at the desk Continued to cut me off and tell me we are all trained to say this I don’t care if you’re trying to say anything obviously you didn’t say it right or your training didn’t sit in. She then began to told me why don’t you read the fine print on the back of the card for the free visit because it obviously states on there that I cannot use it until I pay the $79 which I had already paid .... not where I’m that card does it say that no where ! being in customer service myself I am so Not impressed with the customer service skills they have it’s Unbelievable
