    This place is amazing, Dr Caldwell is absolute magic. As a former power lifter, personal trainer and overall fitness enthusiast I highly recommend her and the Joint. I popped my hip out of place a little over a year ago and after that recovery time I was still having shooting pains in my back and leg. She got me a solid 3 month plan that has completely changed the game for my day to day. I’d say my body feels like new. My first visit she was able to elevate most of my pain and now at the end of my first three months I’m just doing regular alignments for maintenance. I’m able to move normal and lift heavy if I want to again. She is amazing I highly highly recommend! Thank you Dr Caldwell!

    10/10 do recommend! I am by no means new to chiropractic. My husband and I are full time travelers so finding a good chiropractor wherever we go is essential. I have chronic rib and hip issues and have been utilizing chiropractic care for over a decade. I am super impressed by the team at this Joint location. CC is seriously awesome! I have had many previous experiences where Ive felt rushed by a chiropractor and that is not the case with CC at Joint. She is extremely knowledgeable and is able to provide instant relief.     Dr. CC is the real deal! She is patient, kind, and funny! 5 stars! The office staff at this site is great… but let me tell you about the call center! Wow the call center is straight up attitude, rude, has no business being in customer service. I drove 90 miles to cancel and they still charged me! So I called and she said I had to drive again unless I had proof and could email a copy! Good luck with canceling and if you dare to go somewhere else to cancel, the other offices won’t touch your paperwork- I’d assume this is due to the Fresno call center! Sad!!

    Doctor was very friendly, she is very knowledgeable, she is upfront in telling you some of “her adjustments are a little bit unorthodox because she is a woman”, there’s no issue with that whatsoever! Let me just get that clear. She knows what she is doing! I will definitely be coming back here! I am a larger man with pretty thick structure, she was able to adjust With ease. Their business model is reasonable, $89 a month for four visits versus $55 each visit.

    The check-in process is quick and easy. The best part was Dr. CECE listening to my complaints and pain and then tailoring my adjustment to what she felt.     I always have problems with my neck. Either I crack it too much on my own, I sleep on it due to a crooked pillow, or I do something stupid repetitively and don't learn from my mistakes. I also sit slouched too often at work to the point that I get lower back pain from time to time. No matter what, I've found going to the chiropractor to help me with my pinched nerves, pulled muscles, or just needing to loosen up. Before, I only watch chiropractors from IG reels or Tiktok, but when this Joint finally opened up near me, I decided to give it a try. Yes is all I can say. And I very much prefer this location over other locations due to the doctor's friendliness and understanding of my problems.

    I have suffered with back pain for many years. My last chiropractor retired and after a few months, my back was at a place I could barely move without pain.     Amazing, I work a very physically demanding job and really pushed myself a little hard the day before and was in a lot of pain, the folks from this location had passed out some flyers to the store i work at a week ago and seeing that i could get my first appointment free, i figured i had nothing to lose. They were a little busy but i was seen within just a few minutes of arriving and the doctor was really good about asking where my pain was centered and explained the things i should know. within moments, I had been adjusted and the pain i had been feeling all day today just lifted away, I signed up for one of their care plans so i can come back on a regular basis and fully intend to come back in next week as the doctor suggested. If you are on the fence, give them a shot!
