Meet The Doctors
Dr. Jeff Holt has been an Arkansas resident most of his life. After graduating from Conway High and the University of Central Arkansas, he spent 8 years serving as a U.S. Army intelligence officer. After retiring from the Army, Jeff enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated in 1996. He opened his chiropractic clinic in Mountain View, AR and has since developed a high-volume clinic offering both chiropractic and acupuncture services.
Dr. Jeff is married with 3 children and 1 grandson. In his spare time, he enjoys horseback riding, camping, and spending time with his family. He is both an owner and operator within The Joint Chiropractic’s system and is excited to offer The Joint Chiropractic’s concept in Northwest Arkansas.
Dr. Joseph Gustafson being originally from Chicago, graduated from Rogers High School. He then went on to attend and graduate from the Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, Kansas. He practiced Chiropractic and Wellness in Kansas City for over 20 years and then made his way home back to NWA.
Dr. Joe is extremely passionate about helping people find wellness. Chiropractic helps him change people’s lives and helps educate them on how to take that wellness and incorporate that in their everyday lives.
Dr. Joe, his wife Bev, and his daughter Dr. Jessi love to explore everything that NWA has to offer, from the great food, amazing outdoor spaces, music venues, and cheering on the Hogs. In his spare time Dr. Joe likes to hang out with his family, his two dogs Banjo and Suki, ride his one wheel on the trails, and attend any Arkansas Razorback home game that he can.
Dr. Jessica Gustafson was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas, and graduated from the Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2019. After graduating Dr. Jessi moved with her family to North West Arkansas and began her Chiropractic Career. She grew up in a Chiropractic office alongside her dad, Dr. Joe, so Chiropractic Care and Wellness is a integral part of who she is.
Dr. Jessi is a ray of sunshine in our office and having a father, daughter Chiropractic team is something very special to our patient experience at the Joint Chiropractic Wedington.
When Dr. Jessi is not at work she likes to craft, bake, and hang out with her two ferrets, Dean and Sam.
Dr. Justin Cole is originally from Oklahoma, but was living in Colorado before his move to Arkansas. Dr. Justin has been practicing chiropractic care for 8 years, and is passionate about helping people achieve true wellness! For him one of the most rewarding parts of being a chiropractor is when someone who was in a lot of pain coming in, is able to walk out easily after their adjustment.
When Dr. Justin is not in the clinic he spends his free time outdoors! He is an avid hiker, hunter, and fisherman! He also enjoys spending time with his pup Jake hitting the trails or just enjoying the beauty Arkansas has to offer. Fun fact about Dr. Justin is that he has climbed over 120 summits, which is basically the whole front range of Colorado!
Dr. Derek Gilliland is from Central Arkansas and attended Cleveland University in Kansas City where he graduated with his doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Derek was drawn to the profession because he wanted to provide an alternative path to surgery for resolving musculoskeletal issues. After 3 years of being a Doctor of Chiropractic, he finds the most joy in watching people go from near crippling pain to getting back to their favorite sports/activities and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with chiropractic maintenance. Relief, Recovery, Wellness!
When Dr. Derek is not in the office; he spends time with his family, friends, and two dogs. He enjoys doing anything mentally challenging such as escape rooms, board games, and card games, while also playing the occasional volleyball or pickle-ball game!
